  This is by far one of the cleanest Holiday Inn Express hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff greeted us with a smile, check-in was quick, and our room was spotless. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept great. Breakfast had a great variety, and everything stayed fresh and well stocked. The pool and hot tub were clean, and the entire hotel felt well cared for. We’ll definitely stay here again.

  From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help. Check-in was quick, and they even gave us recommendations for restaurants nearby. The hotel is extremely clean—from the lobby to the hallways and our room. You can tell the housekeeping team takes pride in their work. Our room smelled fresh, the bathroom was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable with plenty of soft and firm pillows to choose from. The blackout shades worked perfectly, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. Breakfast exceeded our expectations. Everything was well stocked throughout the morning, even during the busy rush. The cinnamon rolls were fresh, the omelets and sausage were hot, and there were plenty of options including pancakes, yogurt, fruit, cereal, and coffee. The breakfast staff kept the dining area clean and constantly refilled items. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. The water was clean, towels were always available, and the entire pool area was well maintained. The fitness center had everything we needed for a quick workout. The location is another huge plus. It’s just off I-29, making it very convenient while still being quiet. There are restaurants, golf courses, and shopping just a short drive away, and parking was easy. One thing that really stood out was how peaceful the hotel was. Even with a busy parking lot, our room was incredibly quiet, and we weren’t disturbed by hallway noise. If I had one small suggestion A few more luggage carts during peak check-in times would be helpful. Overall, this hotel delivers exactly what travelers want: clean rooms, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, and a relaxing atmosphere. We’ll definitely stay here again whenever we’re in the Sioux City area.

  Rooms are newer and clean. Location is in the NW part of the metro but easy to get the rest of the metro using I-29. 5 minutes from downtown. Get a room away from the elevator since the hotel doesn't have carpet on the first floor and sound carried easily into the room.
