Mantience man helped well when I had issues with tv remote & assisted with pool help, i think his name was Max. Front desk lady, Jasmine i think, was very kind & helpful. (and made awesome cookies!) Thanks again, will come back for another stay. The room was awesome, I will be back. Thanks again

It wasn't until I called the front desk after checking in that I was informed the water heater wasn't working. No apologies, just an "oh yeah its been out all day." Not looking for a 5 star resort but come on!

Many of which ONLY chose this motel for the non functioning waterslide. Upon looking at recent reviews, they claimed the slide was to be addressed over three weeks ago. Any pool at any other motel with a pool in Brookings is better than this shallow, cold pool if you take the water slide out of the equation. And each one of those other motels is cheaper. The very least this motel should do is offer a discount since they falsely claim they have a waterslide.
