  This hotel was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good but lacked some options I have seen at other locations recently. We were disappointed to learn upon arrival that the water slide is only available on weekends and there is a minimum height requirement. I didn’t see on the website that the pool had limited days. My son is also loves water slides and he would have been too short. It would be great to have to information more clearly posted prior to booking.

  Slide still does not work. Hot tub still not hot. Guest running amok and staff does nothing. You pay to sleep somewhere and can't sleep because you got yelling and screaming going on. Sorry, but I would not stay again either.

  Booking our hotel block was, without a doubt, the worst part of the entire wedding planning process. Working with Melisa was incredibly frustrating. She was the least responsive person we’ve ever dealt with. She never answered her phone and had an automatic reply on 24/7 claiming she was “busy” and would respond ASAP, which realistically meant once every other month. It took nearly three months to finalize our hotel blocks at Garner and Hampton Inn, delaying our Save the Dates. We repeatedly had to correct her on room details, and she failed to send confirmation emails and booking links until we followed up multiple times. Promised perks, like upgrading the bride and groom’s room, only happened after we chased her down. To make matters worse, the rates didn’t even seem competitive. Booking outside the block earlier would have been cheaper, and when we asked about this, she acted completely unaware. They also wouldn’t automatically expand the block once it filled, forcing us to check in monthly… emails that largely went unanswered. The week of the wedding, we were redirected to someone completely unfamiliar with our reservation who didn’t even know about our deposit. Thankfully, someone at the actual hotel stepped in at the last minute and made sure everything was ready for our big day (certainly not Melisa). The hotels themselves were clean and the front desk staff was kind, but the booking experience was an absolute nightmare. 0/10.

  $400 for a room because it was graduation. The continental breakfast is pathetic. Not much to offered.
