We traveled to Brandon because the Holiday Inn Southwest had AC issues. Everything was great for a family with young kids. The only complaint is the BLACK MOLD in the pool. It's horrible. Under the ledge of the hot tub and pool is awful, you can smell it immediately. I do hope they fix this as people will get sick.

Room was freezing. Bathroom floor like ice. No bath mat by handicap shower! Slip and fall hazard. Recliner was shot. Keep on driving

Rooms are VERY outdated. Carpet dirty, had to wear my shoes in the room. Carpet in the hallways dirty and bunched up. Not a place I would go back to, nor recommend to anyone. A couple of shout outs would be the front desk lady was great. Breakfast was well kept up with, plenty out and fresh.

This place is going downhill. Will not stay here again…I have stayed many times in past but really going downhill. Only 1 ice maker working, told front desk, does nothing… There is a desk in room but no chair…said have no chairs that I can use to sit at desk to work. There is a sitting chair in the corner but missing a leg… Hallway smells like people cooing in rooms, who is living here????
