  Overall, good travel hotel. Room was clean and updated with a large TV on the wall and nice desk are beneath it. That is why it got 4 stars not less. The bed is a personal comfort; I found it to be a bit too hard. The pillows gave you choice of density so there's a chance you'd find a comfy one. No in room coffee maker, no tissues. Good window shades, so I felt comfortable being on the ground floor. Refrigerator typical for this type of hotel, barely kept my water cold. This is not a luxury resort, but I feel it was worth the cost while on the road. I would stay here again.

  Great spot to stop for tge night or even just stay for a few days. Clean rooms and beds. Very nice and quiet. Definitely a must stay when traveling or just taking a break away from the every day norm.

  Do not stay here. The hotel was dirty, had a roach problem, unfriendly staff, and severe humidity issues. Upon entering our standard room, we were greeted by a standing dehumidifier, and the water reservoir was completely full. My husband emptied it, but by the next morning it was full again. Later, we noticed cobwebs on the light fixture and hair on the floor, sink, bathroom, and even the bedding. The floor also became so damp overnight that it felt slippery, and I had to put my shoes on immediately. The shower had good hot water, and the room itself was quiet, which are the only positives I can mention. The following morning, we found two small cockroaches crawling from the bed area toward the dusty TV cabinet. On our way out, I told the employee who had checked us in the night before that we had found roaches. His response was simply, “Yes, I know. It’s a problem we’re working on.” When I checked out, a polite young woman was at the front desk along with an older gentleman who appeared to be the manager. I explained our experience and showed them a photo of one of the bugs. The gentleman immediately insisted it was a palmetto bug and said they are common in the South. I’ve lived in Florida for over ten years and know the difference, but regardless of what you call it, it shouldn’t be in a hotel room—especially after another employee had already admitted there was an ongoing problem. He also blamed the excessive humidity on South Carolina rather than addressing the condition of the room. He was dismissive, rude, and took no responsibility for the situation. Because of this experience and the way management handled our concerns, I would not stay at this or any other Best Western again, and I would encourage others to look elsewhere. Save your money.

  Wonderful stay. The staff are warm, genuine people who made us feel welcome. The kitchen team especially went out of their way to be kind and connect with guests and our kiddos. Great price for a comfortable stop, and I’d absolutely stay here again.

  I arrived to my room late at night after a long day of driving and just wanted to go to bed. Once getting into bed I noticed how the sheets were very damp and it was both beds. I don't understand how house keeping could make the beds with sheets that damp. 1st time I've ever experienced a stay that has wet bedding.
