- DSDana Spinler2 days ago1.0We book and prepaid our room over a month ago. We arrived at the hotel and they gave our room to someone else. They lied about it. First they said the booking agencies canceled it. I showed them they had sent me a message through the agencies and not the agency itself. Next the said my card was declined. That was not true because the room was paid for. They gave me room to someone else and would not own it. So late at night we had to go to a different hotel further away from our family event. Horrible experience.

Bathroom literally took your breath away as it smelled like an ashtray. No way in hell will I stay here again. Not worthy of a one star. Only reason I gave it a one star was because I had to in order to post this review. Location and the breakfast were the only positive thing.
- JJJohnny JackJun 26, 20261.0Cheap mid-week prices, clean. Rooms on the smaller size. Some rooms allow smokers, ours did not. Yet outside our room you could smell other rooms smoking weed. Shower was broken and soap/shampoo containers in shower all empty. Huge crack in middle of shower pan "fixed" with caulk. The cold/hot handle was broken, which made temperature adjustment next to impossible. Bathroom fan didn't work either. Electrical outlet plate doesn't cover the square cut-out for the plate. This represents a safety hazard. Needs major updating and fixing. Would not recommend.
