  When I booked this hotel, they did not tell me they were doing renovations, We got woken up at 7:30 by hammering and it goes on all day until the night! Plus the dust is everywhere making it so dirty! Did not get any rest. They really should’ve told us before booking that they were doing renovations so we Then could’ve decided whether we wanted to deal with all this! Stayed thru the 6 of august 2026! When we checked in they told us 25 dollars to check in 30 min early! Never told us when breakfast was, just a terrible experience!

  I am posting this because the condition of the sheets and the spots/stains found in numerous rooms is completely unacceptable. Despite these conditions, you still want to keep $50 for canceling the reservation. This is not something that should simply be blamed on renovations. The cleanliness and condition of the rooms are a serious concern and need to be addressed. At this point, I believe the Board of Health should be made aware of the conditions while rooms are still being rented to guests. Renovations do not excuse unsanitary or unacceptable room conditions. I have pictures and video!!!

  1st issue.This "Hotel" is currently under construction.The business is operating while construction is ongoing. The sheets, the comforters and pillow cases have all been "stained" by the construction. The owner of the hotel said and I quote " Yes we're aware of the stains, once the construction is complete then and only then will we replace the stained items" 2nd issue. There's a young male Six Feet tall wandering around the property asking women for their names & phone numbers. This individual is not employed by the establishment. I brought this up to the individual at the desk. Her response was oh he's "Autistic" his mother let's him out sometimes. Be very aware of your surroundings at all times if you choose to stay here. This location is not safe

  When I checked out the manager was awesome so was her employee and so is the housekeepers I was very appreciative of staying there and if I decide to come back to Somerville this will be the location because it's safe I felt safe because the cops were always around and I know that feels weird but sometimes some places aren't as safe and I feel like the cops make places a lot safer for you to come and go as you please and there's a pool the pool was great it wasn't able to get in the pool but I was happy I was there cuz I know next time I can get in the pool The place is clean the food is good and the manager she's a down-to-earth woman and I respect her thank you
