- TMTroy MooreSep 6, 20261.0Labor day weekend 97 degrees, check in the room and the AC not working. Kool got that taking care of, got back to the room about 4hrs later ready to shower and relax. Warm water only no hot water, toilet seat broke, and only 1 outlet would work to charge our phones. This room was 250 for 1 night, never again would I waste my time and money with hotel again.

My boyfriend’s car was unfortunately hit in a hit-and-run while we were asleep, and Tiffany walked us through the process of contacting the police department and reassured us not to fret. Although she wasn’t familiar with the camera system since it is normally handled by management, she was persistent and did everything she could to help Berkeley County PD get the footage. We truly appreciate her compassion, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond for us! SHOUTOUT TO TIFFANY :)

You would think with it being over a hundred degrees and him being in hospitality, he would know how to just be polite. He smiles at the men but had an attitude with me. So sassy that the man standing in front of him looked at me with agreed shock in his eyes.
