- KMKathleen MonagleJul 21, 20265.0We had the good fortune to work with Carmen Guy in booking a family reunion cruise Boston>Nova Scotia>Quebec City on Holland America in late June of this year. There were fifteen of us from coast-to-coast and all points in-between. She was incredibly responsive to everyone's questions and there were a LOT of questions! We seldom waited 24-hours for answers; she typically called back the same day. We had both first time and experienced cruisers; we had family with mobility issues, dietary issues, and misc. medical issues. Carmen handled everything like the pro she is! Because of her many years in the travel industry, she was able to arrange extra perks like additional on-board credits that we would not have received had we attempted to book the cruise on our own. Five star service and highly recommend.
