  I think this is a brand new hotel, or at least it was remodeled. The staff is friendly and helpful. For sure, I will stay again at this hotel on my next trip. Breakfast was good, and the room was clean. There are too many different stores and restaurants nearby.

  Love the management and the ppl at the desk. I've spent months in this hotel and there isn't another one close by that I'd rather be at.

  I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I have to say that Marcos truly made the experience exceptional. From the moment I arrived, he greeted me with a warm smile and genuine kindness that immediately made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Marcos went above and beyond to ensure that every part of my stay was comfortable and stress-free. Whether it was answering questions, helping with accommodations, or simply checking in to make sure everything was going well, his professionalism and positive attitude stood out. He consistently went the extra mile without hesitation, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about providing outstanding service. What impressed me most was how friendly he remained throughout every interaction. In today’s world, it’s rare to come across someone who brings such authentic hospitality and energy to work. Kudos to Marcos!

  I had a really great stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Simpsonville. From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. The receptionist was super friendly, and even gave me free cookies at check-in, which was such a nice touch. What really stood out to me was how kind everyone was, not just at the front desk but also in the breakfast area. The staff there were incredibly helpful and friendly, even assisting with clearing plates and trash, which made the whole experience feel very warm and comfortable. The breakfast itself was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. I really enjoyed starting my mornings there. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It had everything I needed, including an iron, hair dryer, and a fridge. I also appreciated that they offer free laundry, which is a huge plus, especially for longer stays. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again. The service was consistently friendly all the way through check-out, which made the whole experience even better.

  It’s not super fancy, obviously, but this was such a nice place to stay. Every staff member was so kind and welcoming. The breakfast selection is pretty good, and sometimes there’s warm cookies waiting for you at the front desk.
