I stayed here during my job training and was only there for three days, by day two I sustained more than three bedbug bites, including one right below my eye. The manager called my room to “address” the issue. He proceeded to gaslight me, call me unprofessional and even laughed at me as I walked away.

Honestly, had Ms. Vanessa not gone the extra mile for us, I don’t know what would have happened regarding employment. Her help made such a difference during a very important and stressful situation.
