  I had an unfortunate accident at this hotel on September 6th. Long story short I slipped and fell in the bathtub while trying to take a shower. I hurt my right hip. As a result I have a humongous bruise and knot in that area. In order to prevent falling again I used several bath towels inside the bathtub to keep me from falling again. When checking out the next day I reported the incident and the front desk associate took down my contact information and a brief description of what happened. Since management wasn't onsite she said she would pass along the message. Sunday night I emailed Hadley Mobley, a manager, to reiterate the accident and so far no acknowledgement. I'm disappointed that she hasn't responded to my email to at the very least see how I'm doing and or if they can do anything to compensate for the accident. Going forward precautionary steps should be taken to ensure nobody has what could've been far worse. Otherwise our stay was great. One last thing, our microwave wasn't working, we reported it and they replaced the microwave with a brand new one within minutes. I wanted to share the good despite my accident.

  It all started with Dru. He was so polite and overall a nice guy got me checked in with my CLC . I was kinda taken back for a HIE in ole rock hill South Carolina . Beautiful clean property very updated and modern clean rooms comfortable beds great GREAT shower pressure and scalding hot water. Breakfast was great waffles fresh fruit meats and all the above. Will stay again if I come through here TRUCKERS USING CLC even though it says there is truck parking there really isn’t much truck parking except one on the back side near the gym but can fit a 53’ sleeper if it’s open but use Walmart entrance and back in

  Not one for leaving reviews but this hotel has been nothing but decent towards me and my stay, very clean rooms and friendly staff with s convenient restaurant down stairs and the front desk is top tier and very helpful and friendly.

  If I could give it 0 stars, I would. We paid $200 for 1 night. We went to eat breakfast, and they wouldn’t let us eat bc we didn’t have a voucher. Nobody offered a voucher when we checked in. I have never stayed in a hotel that didn’t offer breakfast as part of the stay. They also didn’t tell us they were holding $50 for a deposit until after they ran my card. My wife didn’t sleep bc doors were slamming all night. The shower was molded. The trash cans were overflowing, and there was a brown spot on our sheets. I’ve never had an issue with an IHG hotel until now. To top it off, the guy at the front desk was rude about everything. IHG has lost my business for life. I’ll sleep in my car before I stay at any of their hotels again.

  Holiday Inn Rock Hill was a wonderful place to stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout my visit. Everything was well-maintained, and the atmosphere made it easy to relax and feel at home. I truly appreciated the great hospitality and would definitely stay here again.
