Nice hotel. Nice location. Breakfast is solid. Front desk staff are great! Was able to print a bunch of important documents in the business center which was a relief for sure. Room cleaning left a LOT to be desired. Took the no service hanger off our door at 9:00 a.m. and the room wasn’t made up. Stopped by front desk the next morning and asked them to make up our room. They took out the trash and gave new towels. That’s it. No beds made, no bathroom tidied, no new coffe. No toilet paper. Nothing. Walked down the hall later and saw a maid sitting on the floor with her face in her phone. Mind you, there were a total of MAYBE six rooms with people in them…REALLY disappointing.

If you're going here for more than one night, choose another hotel. Had to go to front desk for towels, toilet paper, tissues, telephone and clock. Terrible service - no housekeeping at all, no one ever came to my room and we were there 4 nights. Complained to front desk but to no avail. Stay away

Really disappointing stay overall. I arrived to check in and was told my room wasn’t ready yet, so I waited around before being moved to a different room. That room was missing hand soap, and the conditioner dispenser in the shower was filled with something else, possibly shampoo or even body wash. I only realized while in the middle of washing my hair. I tried calling the front desk twice and no one answered, so I had to go downstairs with wet hair and an unfinished shower to let the receptionist know. I went back upstairs and waited another 30 minutes with still no update, only to go back downstairs again and find the receptionist eating and not having even started looking for replacement conditioner yet. This was also the same receptionist who had “checked” me into the second room. The biggest issue happened the next day when I came back from work and found that housekeeping had entered my room and packed up all of my belongings — charger unplugged and packed away, toiletries, makeup, clothes, everything. The room itself wasn’t even cleaned, and housekeeping here is supposedly by request only, which I never requested. My room also didn’t have a do not disturb sign anywhere. When I called the front desk about it, I wasn’t given any explanation or apology at all. It wasn’t until later, when I went downstairs to ask for a do not disturb sign, that I was finally given somewhat of an explanation. I was told the employee who moved me rooms never properly checked me into the system, so staff didn’t realize the room was occupied. Their guess was that housekeeping packed my belongings to try and “get a reaction” out of me to figure out who was staying there. If they apparently had no record of me staying there they very easily could have assigned the room to another guest, resulting in a complete stranger walking into my room while I was staying there. Another major concern was the complete lack of security procedures. At one point during my stay, I accidentally locked myself out of my room and went to the front desk for a new key card. The only thing I was asked for was my room number — no ID, no name verification, nothing to confirm I was actually the guest staying there. They simply handed me a new key. That alone is extremely concerning, because anyone could have walked up claiming to be staying in my room and been given access. As a young woman staying alone, the entire situation was especially unsettling and uncomfortable. Realizing that staff did not even have me properly checked into the system, that my belongings had been handled without permission, and that room keys were being handed out without any form of verification made me feel very unsafe during my stay. Knowing that someone else could have potentially been given access to my room because of these mistakes is genuinely scary and not something any guest should have to worry about at a hotel. On top of that the pool was also closed because the hotel didn’t have the proper pool chemicals, which was frustrating since it’s one of the amenities they advertise. Overall, the entire experience felt extremely disorganized and uncomfortable. Having hotel staff handle and pack a guest’s personal belongings because of an internal mistake is completely unacceptable.
