- MCMr Christmas2 days ago2.0The air conditioning sucks had to come outside to cool off and it’s 80 degrees right now outside thermostat is on 60 fan on high and you have to stand in front of the unit to feel it and it’s been on for over 6 hrs full “if that’s what you would call it” blast window room blacked out

- CSCharlene SimardSep 17, 20263.0Good location, initially friendly and then not...when I asked for towels and trash service the girl told me the housekeepers were on the second floor, to catch them and they'd be glad to help. Last time I was here they came around in the morning after breakfast without asking...this time I gotta hunt them down? what is that? Room was good, bed is comfy, clean, only 1 set of towels, trash cans have bags draped over the side - you have to put them in the can yourself. Breakfast was good, but the coffee machines said "please rinse" all day and finally at the end of the day I told the front desk clerk cause one also said the grounds recepticle was full...quiet, peaceful...smells good, good value...just can't get over the attitude of the service...and, then, there's the internet...they gave me a password on the key jacket but the internet is open access, unsecured...sometimes slow on certain sites...the computer warns others can see what you send over the network...maybe that's why it's slow sometimes...?

Paul stood out, he was wonderful, his mannerisms was calm and pleasant. All the employees we met were pleasant and accommodative. The kitchen counters and floor were clean and orderly, I really felt welcomed. Thanks for serving my family with such kind hospitality.
