I had a flight cancellation and was unable to make my reservation. I had booked through Orbitz and was told to call best western to cancel. Best western told me I had booked through Expedia and I had to call them. I booked through Orbitz. I told the lady that and she argued with me. I didn’t make it there and was charged full price for a room I never stayed in. Live and learn. Buyer beware if something happens and you try to cancel just consider it a loss. I recieved no help from best western or Orbitz. Maybe Expedia would have helped. lol.

EXTREME CAUTION WHEN STAYING AT THIS HOTEL!!! I was falsely accused of smoking, despite I DONT SMOKE. Last night, a young female receptionist, who was on the phone instead of checking guests in, rudely informed a young black couple of the smoking policy. The initial red flag was the DEMAND FOR CASH for a deposit and a CARD for room CHARGES. I inquired about the possibility of using the card for both transactions, but she proceeded to ask for CASH until she just charge the card. . I had previously understood the policy, but I received an email the following afternoon stating that I was being charged for smoking in the room, despite not smoking. I CALLED the receptionist, Fuji, to discuss the matter. She informed me “that I had understood the policy” & that I could speak with the manager, Mr. Ron, the following morning after asking her directly. However, she refused to provide me with further information and began speaking in her native tongue to another employee in a combative manner. This situation is concerning, as we were staying a few doors down from the front desk in room 108 and were also the recipients of other charges BEWARE OF CASH AND CARD SCAMS!

Room was clean and updated. Breakfast was typical for the class, good, maybe a bit more options.
