  The rooms given to people who book through a 3rd party website are given rooms that are dirty/poor condition. The room we got was untouched. Management will blame it on the staff; when in reality shows how supervising & managing the property is very poor. Lucky we get the chance to get another room, but linens smell used (has to use towels on top of pillows & didn’t risk to open covers. Not smelled washed. Breakfast was great! Lots of options and opened early! That made the stay better. Sc is 1 of the top 3 for dirty hotels. This one confirmed it! Parking lot has tons of trash around! No excuses for being near the highway. Nearly places didn’t look as bad.

  Make sure you get a room facing the trees and not Cracker Barrel; road noise on that side is loud. Room: floors clearly haven’t been cleaned in a while, room surfaces not cleaned, dusty in numerous areas of room. Bedroom trash cans I guess staff doesn’t know how to open a trash bag and put it into the trash can. We just simply put them on top. Beds old school inner-spring beds. No pillow top or latex pad. Bathtub shower/split was very slippery could be dangerous for elderly. AC worked well but it was 65 degrees outside so. Elevator floors dirty. Trash can overflowing near pools backdoor. Parking lot difficult to get into if coming from southern exit. $200 night on a weekend would be stretch.

  Good off the highway location. Updated/modern furnishings. Overpriced drinks and snacks, $4 for a soda. They could pay more attention to Housekeeping. The carpet was dirty and so were all the touchable surfaces. We always travel with disinfectant wipes and Lysol, but not a vacuum. The bed was okay but the pillows weren't it! They made for a slightly uncomfortable sleep. They've also stopped the ability to add preferences on the app so when we asked for additional pillows around 5p, we were told there weren't any...disappointed.

  I recently stayed at a Holiday Inn and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Check-in was quick and smooth, and every interaction throughout my stay was pleasant and professional. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was especially cozy, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. Everything in the room worked perfectly, and it was clear that attention to detail and cleanliness is a priority here. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was inviting and relaxing. Common areas were spotless, and the amenities were well-kept and easy to access. It’s clear that the team takes pride in providing a great guest experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this Holiday Inn to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay with top-notch service.
