- CTColin TuttleAug 8, 20265.0Had a long stay here (over 10 nights) and have this place was very nice. They advertise they did a complete remodel, and rooms were new and nice, humongous tv, although never turned it on. Called ahead with some requests and all were taken care of with no issues. Parking lot was full most of the time I was here but in the room it was always quiet and never heard anyone in the halls or in adjoining rooms. Breakfast was always full of guest, and it was a full hot breakfast including a pancake machine. Of course it always had the famous cinnamon rolls and was always stocked. Everything was clean, as a hotel should be. They also had coffee and hot water and tea bags in the lobby 24 hours a day with decent size cups which is quite uncommon. Frequently when they close the breakfast room there are no drinks to be found except in their little overpriced gift shop. Staff was nice, checked in late, because of flight delays and there were no issues. Felt sorry for the guy who checked me in who was still at his post when I left for work mid morning. This place exceeded expectations which was unexpected as suburban hotels in rural areas don't always accomplish. Would stay here again if I never to be in the area. Beginning to think IHG has their act together in all their chains. Marriott and Hilton seem to believe the guest should be grateful for any service the hotel provides to their patrons.

Only reason did not give 5 stars is the traffic noise. It's right on a busy highway. When they built this hotel it was probably a great location then roads were built and more cars. No fault of the hotel. Will stay here again
