  This place is ridden with bed bugs. Upon checking in my friend and I inspected the room and found bed bugs almost immediately. We went down to the front desk and requested to be moved to a room on e a different floor, the staff at the front desk was unapologetic and did not seem the least bit surprised to hear this news. Upon entering the second room, there were signs of bed bugs all over the mattress protector. Went back down the the desk and requested a refund, which he refused due to booking through a third party, got in contact with the third party who said the hotel needed to release the funds. Overall not worth it, disgusting, BEWARE!!

  This hotel is bed bug ridden. In two different rooms I found bed bugs. When I told the clerk at the desk, he said it had never happened before, but showed no remorse or signs of being surprised about the situation. When I asked for a refund and to check out (I was in the hotel for about 20 minutes) he refused a refund to me. This is a health hazard and staying here is not worth fumigation in your home to remove bed bugs. Beware!!!!

  I stayed here on a business trip a company booked this hotel. It was nice and clean. The artwork was dated with the Room was OK. The furniture was a little old. I can tell that they’re trying to do some improvements. The guy at the counter was a bit strange I think he had his wife playing the part as made. They were actively doing construction, which was noisy. The room was nice and clean. My view was great. It has a pool plenty of free parking. They have a free breakfast, but I didn’t partake. There’s a Cracker Barrel really close by.

  I made a reservation for a king suite, which was pictured with a separate bedroom and living area. I intentionally did NOT choose the junior suite with the half wall because I did not want to be sleeping in the same room as my teenage daughter and her friend. I needed sleep to drive the next day. We were put in the junior suite anyway, charged for the king suite, and told multiple lies about how "I chose the wrong room", "American Express didn't send them the right info", or that "that room is on a floor being renovated and they had no control". They would not correct their mistake, and all other rooms were sold out, so they couldn't move me. On top of this, I had to get new bedding because they had stains. The only consideration they offered was "loyalty points". Why do I want points for a hotel I have no plans to ever stay in again?!?!
