  I would rate this a one star if I could. So this was a double Queen room which I paid over $200 for. As I was starting to settle into the room I noticed on one of the beds a yellowish stain. After closer inspection it really looks like it could have been a urine stain. So after being shocked with that, I called the front desk and they said they would have someone come up I said don't bother I'm really exhausted. I proceeded to take off the rest of the sheets and bedding and underneath was a disgustingly stained mattress. Urine stains. Other stains -unidentifiable. Upon calling back to the front desk on that one demanding a room change, they said "well there's nothing we can do, cuz we're sold out". I'm still fighting for a full refund from this place as they are refusing to give it but I will sue them. I really don't care and then I'll sue for damages so I can't wait to see them in court!! If you insist on staying there asked to see the room first and then do your own inspection.

  The AC units running full tilt cause the floor and bedding to become damp. At least this is what the front desk told me. The room smelt like wet laundry that's been in the washing machine for 2 weeks. It was a bed, toilet/shower/sink, at a cheap price. 2 starts becuase it was a good price. But they need to take care of the wet room issue for there to be a better review.

  During check in i explained to them i wanted housekeeping on request in which I received after requesting service they only dropped off towels i can understand if the guest personal stuff is certain places don’t want to touch there things understandable but at least grab the trash or something just horrible housekeepers always looked aggravated every time i ask for towels. Loved the maintenance guy Roger lovely hospitality. Mr. Monti ( Front Desk) was Great as well lovely hospitality, the room 6/10 needs remodeling front desk staff should be nicer but overall 5/10. Very convenient location.

  Everything in the room was so old; there was a disgusting smell, mold in the bathroom, and the toilet was so ancient I was afraid to sit on it for fear it might fall apart. Honestly, the hotel is in need of renovation. When we entered the room, it was hot and stuffy. The air conditioner was turned off—and do you know why? Because when you turn it on, it leaks right onto the carpet and makes so much noise that it’s simply impossible to sleep soundly at night.
