Wide selection of breakfast items in a comfortable setting with plenty of tables. The room was a bit warm, but not unexpected this time of year. Recommend this hotel for business and personal travel.

During my stay, housekeeping threw away all of the food I had stored in my room's refrigerator, along with some of my personal hygiene items. I have stayed at many hotels over the years, and this has never happened to me. To make matters worse, I later found a handwritten note from housekeeping apologizing and explaining that they thought I had checked out because they weren't informed I was a stayover guest. While I appreciate the honesty, that doesn't replace my belongings or undo the inconvenience and expense this caused. The hotel's resolution was to offer me only 10,000 IHG Rewards points. That does not come close to making up for what was lost or the frustration of having my personal property thrown away. This experience has caused me to lose trust in this hotel. Guests should never have to worry that their belongings will be discarded while they are still checked in. I sincerely hope management improves its communication and housekeeping procedures so no one else has to go through what I experienced. I cannot recommend staying here based on my experience.
