  When I checked in I wanted to split the payment of the room and add on an extra day to stay here, and the front desk person, Angie, said she can't do that and a manager would call my room to have that done, but nobody called. She didn't process the payment at all that day or add on an extra day to my stay, so the full amount automatically was charged to one card 2 days later after staying here waiting for a phone call, and no extra day has been added to my stay. When I asked her for a manager on the second day she said the manager is off today ( sat Oct 10th ) I asked when does the manager come in and she ignored me and looked out the window. I asked again when does the manager come in? And she refused to tell me. I said wowwww, she followed me to the elevator yelling at me saying she is a hard worker and she doesn't have to let the manager know anything. Housekeeping let us know the manager is actually here.

  Ms.Angie doesn't know anything and is a terrible worker, she doesn't know when a manager will be in, doesn’t know how the system works to process payments. we haven't even signed any paper work or got our IDs copied, she knows how to use her phone when other guests come up to her and ignores them and can also spray people in the face with lysol since shes can't pay attention to her surroundings, shes been giving us the run around since we wanted to do a split payment for a room and said a manager would call which never happened, shes incompetent, would rather stare into the air when she doesn't have an answer, and just stands there looking away, she can't check when a manager will be in either, and can't check a schedule, and apparently there isn't a manager here when shes working at all.

  Because of our airbnb falling through suddenly, we needed a place to stay immediately for several days. We called around and chose this Holiday Inn. The entirety of our stay was so wonderful. The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean, all the staff we encountered were very kind, and the complimentary breakfast was awesome. There were a variety of new breakfast choices each day (the pancake machine was the best!) and options for GF and vegan foods. I noticed the staff constantly restocking foods and cleaning as they went. The pool and hot tub was very nice. The parking lot was well lit and music played in the parking lot too. Every time we entered or left the hotel, we were greeted by someone. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!!

  The absolute worst hotel you could ever stay they will charge you a 250 dollar smoking fee even if you don’t smoke or use any tobacco whatsoever DO NOT BOOK HERE I called several times to resolve the issue cause I don’t smoke I was hung up on once while trying to get an answer but no they sent over proof picture of what looked to be something that could have come off a job site I worked at and stated it smelled like someone smoked once again do not book this hotel it’s trash
