  Hotel lobby floors were filthy and covered with dust. Rooftop bar smelled of rotten seafood. All signs of lackadaisical management. Luckily just stopped by for a cocktail...most brews were out of stock. Definitely not up too Crowne Plaza standards.

  Currently here, called twice and still no cable and the pool is closed because it hasn’t been “inspected”. I’m just not impressed.

  Very nice hotel. Located with plenty within walking distance. Rooms are clean and modern. Staff are friendly and attentive. Hotel shuttle to airport is reliable. Rooftop bar overlooks river. Housekeeping did a tremendous job all week. Wish they offered valet dry cleaning.

  My family and I came in from out of town to celebrate my niece’s birthday today. While we were taking photos for her birthday and waiting to ask about room rates for the weekend, we had a very disappointing experience with one of the staff members, who I believe was part of management. She was extremely rude, would not even acknowledge or look at us directly, and instead directed another staff member to speak with us. Before I even had the opportunity to inquire about booking rooms for the weekend, we were asked to leave the property. As paying customers traveling with family for a special occasion, we felt disrespected and embarrassed by how the situation was handled. Because of this experience, we decided to leave and book rooms at another hotel instead. I understand businesses have policies, but professionalism and courtesy should still be shown to guests. I hope management reviews this situation so future customers and families are treated with more respect and hospitality.

  We recently hosted two large events at the Crowne Plaza in March, and there were definitely some highlights worth mentioning. The food was excellent, and the bartenders were absolutely amazing, professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. They truly helped elevate the experience for our guests. Unfortunately, our experience with the hotel staff and management was very disappointing. We encountered a situation during our events that was genuinely unsettling, and despite reaching out twice via email, we have not received any response or follow up. This lack of communication has been frustrating, especially given the severity of the experience. I would genuinely love the opportunity to host our events here again next year, as the venue itself has great potential. However, that will depend on whether our concerns are acknowledged and properly addressed. I am hopeful that management will take the time to respond and work toward a resolution.
