The room was clean, very nice amenities and was perfect for our stay. Housekeeping staff also very accommodating and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what really stood out to us was how incredibly friendly and welcoming the staff was. Everyone we encountered was kind and helpful, but Crystal especially went above and beyond with our kids. She treated them with so much kindness and made them feel genuinely welcomed, which meant so much to us as parents. Those little moments really make a stay memorable!

They really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hallway was quiet. Breakfast was delicious, and so were the grits; I'm glad it was recommended. The hotel is located by the riverfront, which we walked one day; the next, we biked (which they provide), a very nice neighborhood. Definitely recommend if you're in the area.

We actually didn’t even leave the hotel because we went down to the bar on the first floor, was able to order AMAZING food & had the absolute best time with bartenders Konu & Shannon! They made us feel like long time friends, so much so we stayed at the bar until closing having a great time. We can’t thank them enough for the taking the time to laugh, make great drinks & share our time with us! Two of the best bartenders in town!
- AHAllanah HAug 18, 20261.0I came from out of town to stay at what’s considered “ Augusta’s Best Hotel “ and I was SO disappointed in my stay. For the weekend I spent over 500$, just to be ignored room service all weekend.. I asked for towels for 2 days straight and got ignored. Even when me, my boyfriend and dog went to the front desk DRENCHED from the rain we were told he couldn’t help us that he had to put it in the system. Let’s not forget to mention, when I checked into the hotel there was a huge line, and the front desk workers were just asking “ what can I get you? “…. Like we are all here to check in not ask questions!! The customer service here is TERRIBLE. The room carpets become musty when wet, the TVS barely work and not to mention you can’t watch any streaming services on them, there’s no microwave in the room, the pool is 3ft deep all around, maids didn’t smile not once. I complained to the manager at checkout and told him the best thing about this hotel was their restaurant and the bartender who made bomb ass espresso martinis… but I could really tell the manager DOESN’T CARE!! He couldn’t be bothered to make things right even after I told him I would never spend my money here again… DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!
