    Clerk has a terrible attitude! I guess I disturbed her lunch !! She refused to give me my room over incidentals that is covered under company booking! 6:20pm 7/9/26 Whoever was at desk!

    Just checked in, (let me preffes that the front desk attendent was very accommodating) turned down duvet and bed looked like it was slept in. Shower had mold and the tiles were broken and obvious mold along the cracks. Called front desk, she offered another room. We went to that room and the door was open to hallway. TV and lights were on remote was obviously used and room was warm. Called front desk again and she gave us a room across from the last one. We looked at it and it looked OK. We unloaded luggage. We went to adjust the thermostat as it was warm. Sign said thermostat was controlled by wall unit. Wall unit didn't work. Went to air conditioning unit. It said it was 66°. It was more like 75. It was going on and off every few minutes. When it came on it blew warm musty air went to cool then turned off again. Called the desk again at which point wew checked out.

    We really enjoyed our stay, we only had a few things that could use a little attention but wouldn't stop us from staying again. We seem to come across alot of long black hairs from our room to the pool area, the breakfast was just ok and there was a member of cleaning staff that had a bit of a foul mouth. These are all minor things that can be easily improved if Management is interested in working on these. Just to be fair most of the staff was nice and did a great job. There was a older gentleman working that really seemed to care and I observed him working very hard, good job sir!
