  I was billed incorrectly and continue to not be refunded for an error on their end. I have made multiple calls and they keep saying it is fixed , but it is not. DO not stay in this hotel. It is mid at best and they clearly cannot run their office/biiling correctly, so this ruined any positives When I call, I am put on hold greater than 15 minutes.Have to retell my situation over and over .

  I am extremely unhappy with this hotel. We had a reservation with booking.com made for July 24th-26th. We showed up to check in on the 24th. The hotel stated the reservation was for the 26th-28th. We had the proof of dates, the confirmation/booking number, we had booking.com contact the front desk and speak with them, etc. The two people at the front desk were extremely unhelpful and basically told us they’re booked out and cannot help us at all. I get that we booked through a third party but I have NEVER had an issue with booking.com in the YEARS I have been using booking.com, so I have no choice but to think this is an issue with the hotel themselves. I am so angry. The front desk people, Michael, and some other girl, were not empathetic at all. They didn’t offer a sorry or apology at all for the misunderstanding and inconvenience. We are two hours from home and out of a place to stay. Thanks a lot.

  We loved our stay at the Shelby! The room was very clean and we loved the hard wood floors. The water pressure in the shower was a huge plus too! The only thing that would make it a little bit better would be if there was an iron in the room. There was a steamer however, it just didn’t work well for what we were trying to do.

  Friendly staff, had an issue with a water leak and they moved us rooms. Parking is a little dodgy but all these hotels are that way. Will definitely come back. I always see someone cleaning when I go out

  Check in is not until 4:00 but we were going to arrive at 1:00. I called ahead to ask if we could park there even if the room was not ready and Sharon told us she could pre register us so we could enjoy the pool area. Upon arrival Amy helped us check in and to our surprise, the room WAS ready! She was thorough with instructions on breakfast and dinner and which tower our room was located in. The gentleman helping at the door was also very polite and spoke with everybody who was arriving and leaving! Will be back again soon!!!
