  I hosted an event, Mothers & Daughters Brunch Retreat. We occupied about 20+ rooms. I and my team along with our guest had an exceptional experience from check in to check out and everything in between. Sharon at the front desk was so helpful when one of my speakers needed assistance booking another night. Sharon was professional and patient. Fleetwood ensured that I and my daughters luggage and a boatload of packages were handled with care and taking to our rooms as he ensured other guest he would be back to help them. Amanda, the staff , and chef at the restaurant on Friday and for the brunch on Saturday did such a phenomenal job with the food and ensuring we had everything we needed. The venue space was beautiful and spacious. Lastly, I cannot say enough about Kyla the event services manager. She was definitely one of the best I have had the pleasure of working with. Her communication before and during the event was stellar. Her hands-on commitment made every thing flow effortlessly. It was great to be in a space that value customer service and the commitment to not just say we want your business, but goes above and beyond to illustrate they value your business and care about the quality of service they provide.

  We've had 2 stays this year as IHG Platinum members. The staff is always very helpful and profesional resolving any issue right away. The rooms are always clean and comfy with oceanfront views. Waking up to the sunrise over the ocean is always a treat and I can't wait to visit again.

  It was a great getaway for Mother's Day weekend! Did video production and photography for an event at this venue! Great accommodations and the staff was very hospitable! Would definitely return!

  Our guest stayed in town and had a great experience for a super competitive rate. The hotel is cute and cozy roomie, and not overcrowded. Fantastic location to walk around downtown.

  Great value! I was able to get a significantly lower price than the other hotels nearby. I guess it's not as luxurious as the other ones: buildings not as tall, rooms perhaps a little older (but well renovated), but definitely way above average and the location is just perfect! I recommend getting the ocean view rooms because the prices are only slightly higher, but the view is just amazing! Set an alarm to see the sunrise over the Atlantic and you will know the extra bucks you spend are well worth it!
