  Building could use a little renovation but very impressed with overall stay. Great breakfast for hotel.

  we had to switch rooms due to appliances not working, pool needs to be cleaned more often. appliances and tvs need a serious upgrade

  Horrible key cards everyone’s leave gotta get new one then even after that. They still don’t work spend. 15 min just trying to get in the room gotta call numbers and all beautiful hotel ruined it with the doors

  I stayed here during a recent family reunion. I must say i have mixed reviews about this place. In the beginning the person handling our contract lead us to believe that this place was close to the beach. Its not! You will have to drive there. I initially did not book with this hotel until my previous reservations were canceled at the last minute by the resort so I booked here. It wasn't an easy process because the original person Sue wasn't available to open more rooms because she had left for the day. The clerk and the manager were there but kept saying there wasn't anything they could do without speaking to Sue. She wasn't able to honor my military discount or the price I found online but she did adjust the amount to something in between. My room had a drawer on the nightstand that wouldn't stay closed and the shower dripped constantly. The clerk at checkout gave me a $50 credit since no one came to fix it in the 4 days we were there. He also informed me that one of the clerks that was assisting my check-in was actually the GM. The rooms were nice and breakfast was good. They do have a nice pool area.

  I arrived to the hotel around 9 o'clock I want that to be acknowledged so that front deck person gets her flowers too but I didnt get her name. But from the moment I arrive the lady that checked me in, to the cleaning staff who every time I came in from work had my room looking like I first arrived everytime. I am a big fan of customer service and its really just not shown in many places anywhere now a days. That cleaning staff takes real pride in there work and it shows even down to the little details. The Front deck ladies that had a pleasure to interact with were also great. Not that it was anything really specific, they just were welcoming and for that moment to me they showed pride in there jobs and I appreciate that. I didnt get the lady that checked me in but I did get Eleisa (apologies if I missed spelled her name after she told me 😅) but she was working my last night. Her attitude kindness and over help was truly appreciated. She also the reason I know were to put this long post. So thank you 🙏🏾 to this hotel staff as a whole for a great great stay.
