- SSSusan Stuppnig6 days ago1.0I would recommend that you avoid this location at all costs (which makes me sad because it was a fave)! $420 for one night in a room with tattered curtains, frayed upholstery, no ice, no shelf in shower (but you can see where there was one), and a toilet paper holder barely on the wall. Then, a GM (Tom) that screens and does not return calls (I tried 4 times) and Michelle who acts like she cares, promises IHG points for a complimentary night in the future but doesn't deliver, doesn't follow up on my call as promised and then also screens my calls. On the bright side, Dalia rules! The property is beautiful. The location and view is great. The rooms are just so weathered and need a lot of TLC and maintenance and they DEFINITELY need an administrative staff that actually cares about their patrons. I was super nice about this, too, just for the record. You can go look at all my other reviews if you need proof of how positive I am! I wanted to share with them and let them take care of it and not go by way of Google Review, but they have made that impossible.

Checked in Saturday and was not told "housekeeping on request" or "every other day" or any info. On Sunday I was told that they clean weekdays. Monday evening I was told that they should have cleaned my room. I asked to make sure we get something done Tuesday , towels at least. Today, Tuesday, I get a call asking if I want housekeeping then what service would I like. What??? Confused .
