- HNHuy Nguyen2 days ago5.0Very nice hotel overall! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was very good. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay. The only negative part of our experience was that some of the other guests were not very friendly and gave us some mean and uncomfortable looks, which made us feel a little unwelcome at times. Of course, this isn’t the hotel staff’s fault, and everyone working at the hotel treated us very well. Overall, we had a great experience and would still recommend this hotel.

The room I recently stayed in was rodent infested: I found rodent droppings under the kitchen sink (room 217). The hotel staff reported back to me that the pest control have inspected the room and no rodent activity was found, which is simply NOT a TRUTHFUL information!!! The hotel refused to refund my stay, they just offered 25000 points, as a gesture, which is appreciated, but it should have been a full refund. But my main concern is that the hotel is covering this up, it is a total negligence and breach of the implied warranty of habitability.

She told me it was not and charged me twice. Taking a total of $1400 off my bank account. Leaving me short on funds while out of town. The manager. Ms. Fisher offered no assistance. Just said I will have to wait until my bank posts, taking 3-5 days. Fraud. Inconsiderate. Unprofessional! Overall disgusting.

Complimentary beer and wine happy hour during weekdays. Staff were really nice and helpful. Que at the front desk was especially friendly. Easy 15 minute drive to downtown Charleston and 15 minute drive to Isle of Palms Beach. Folly beach is close too. The free laundry machines were a plus! We washed all our swimwear and towels as soon as we got back from the beach.
