  We booked this hotel for the proximity to the State Farm Arena. Our check-in was easy and the service from every staff member was fantastic and welcoming. Valet service was quick with the QR code scanner. I would definitely stay here again.

  Toilet is too low -- Pre-K low. Be careful getting in and out of the shower: tub is slippery; there are grab bars, though. The tile grout in the bathroom is dirty...and if you're outside by the little bridge that goes over the creek as you enter the parking lot, there's an alligator warning ⚠️...saw a kid fishing a couple of days ago.

  The building structure is large, and edgy neat, deco is very cute, rooms are very well color contrasting, 👌 cleaning is fair, service was fair, people lookins also beautiful! Pool area is steady, charming. They got perfect background music mix, soft blues, the food recipes are really fair, tasty. May the juice improve to fresh coldpressd. It is very enticing how observingly fun the art deco brings a piece of lively breath to one. Beautiful&handsomes. Parking is alright.

  ★★★★★ I had an excellent stay at Hotel Indigo Mount Pleasant during my visit to the Charleston, South Carolina area. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I immediately felt like I was at a coastal resort. The hotel’s design beautifully captures the Lowcountry atmosphere with palm trees, coastal-inspired artwork, and stylish interiors. Every detail creates a relaxing vacation vibe rather than feeling like a typical chain hotel. One of my favorite features was the outdoor pool, which is open daily from 9:00 AM until 11:00 PM. The pool area is surrounded by palm trees and comfortable lounge chairs, making it the perfect place to relax after exploring Charleston. Right next to the pool is a fitness center, making it easy to enjoy a workout before or after swimming. The hotel also has a beautiful bar and restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere. Whether you’re looking for a cocktail in the evening or a nice meal, it’s a great place to unwind without leaving the hotel. The food was excellent, the menu had a great variety, and everything we ordered was delicious. The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. The entire property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Every staff member I met was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is another huge advantage. It’s close enough to enjoy all the attractions, restaurants, beaches, and historic charm of Charleston, while staying in the quieter and more relaxing Mount Pleasant area. Parking was convenient, and getting around was very easy. If you’re looking for a hotel with a pool near Charleston, a resort-style hotel in Mount Pleasant, or a hotel with a restaurant, bar, fitness center, and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Hotel Indigo Mount Pleasant. Whether you’re traveling as a couple, with family, or for business, this hotel is an excellent choice. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to the Charleston area.

  Great location- close to all the things of Mount Pleasant, walkable to waterfront park, and right over the bridge to downtown Charleston. The pool is very resort like, with two pools, a large turf, provides towels, and bar and restaurant, servers occasionally coming around to check on you. The only thing I disliked about the pool- I brought my baby and felt like I was distributing the peace if my baby made any noise. I had breakfast and a drink from the restaurant and. Ton The hotel room was not very nice. Our room was not ready until 45 mins past check in time. The room they gave us was not very well cleaned, you can see from photos posted- our door had damage, there was smudges from child hand print, and crumbs left behind. It also looked quite cheap with poor paint job. The room itself- was very small. They tried to crowd a lot into a very small space. Also only two elevators which got very crowded. If you want a nice pool and good location that is still affordable, this is good place for you. However, if you care about the cleanliness of your room, I would choose a different option.
