- CJCrystal JordanAug 23, 20261.0I was a disappointed in the room. It was not what I expected from an IHG hotel. The room felt very cheap. I ended my stay a day early due to my sleep being interrupted and feeling uncomfortable. The AC unit made too much noise, the fan ran continuously, i couldn't sleep with the noise. I turned it to 70 degrees but apparently that is heat not cool. I was several doors down from the stairwell however the door slams loudly and sounds like its the next door over. The sheets on one of the beds was discolored and yellow. I was so uncomfortable and couldn't stay another night. The only thing that was good was the service at the bar.

Visiting from out of town, we stopped in to visit the hotel bar our friends were staying at for pre-wedding beverages, and we were absolutely blown away. The service from our bartender, Kyle, was 10/10. He was humorous, very polite, and knowledgeable about the local area. My frozen drink was absolutely to die for. If I’m ever in the Mount Pleasant area again, I want to buy Kyle a beer! Thank y’all!

I would suggest booking directly with the Hotel Indigo instead of through a booking agency. Thanks again to the staff for your consideration and helpful response.

Unfortunately this set the tone for our 3 day stay. The room we had was just okay, toilet had damage on base, body wash in shower was empty and never refilled during out stay. The pool area which sold me on this hotel was relaxing and had walk up bar. Pool water was very warm but okay late in evening. We did not eat here, but breakfast was available
