- JRJohn RawlsMay 7, 20264.0Hotel rooms are clean and well maintained, pool area is 10/10 with great atmosphere and great vibes. My only two issues would be “dessert bar” in the lobby where a cookie is $8 and three different times people kept trying to come in the room. When we called to ask what’s up with it they just said must be room service. We didn’t order and why would room service be carting a drill. Great location, fast elevator and really nice staff.

- SBSteve BillsApr 23, 20263.0I sent my 3 daughters on a trip to Charleston about a week ago & they had the pleasure staying at hotel indigo. Which I have stayed at many times & have always had great services , clean rooms & just a wonderful environment over all . When they got home they explained to me that the rooms were great and overall just a wonderful experience but they also informed me that a bartender by the name of Shonda I believe was very rude and they way it was explained it was for no reason to the point they don’t want to return .. It bothers me that a place I’ve put a great word in with multiple people would have employees that are nothing but rude on multiple days they were at the bar/pool . I hope moving forward this is addressed and no other customer has to receive this treatment ..
- DGD GroomsApr 21, 20261.0Nice location but very disappointed that the night we got here the pool was dirty but the thing that really upset us was that we were told we were not allowed to eat the pizza that we ordered from a local pizza shop outside by the pool area because we didn’t get it from their restaurant(they don’t have pizza). We ate at the hotel 2 separate times and stayed here 3 nights spending over $1000!! Needless to say they won’t get my money again with dumb rules!!

It's also right near the bridge so you can take a quick drive in to Charleston. The rooms were very nice and clean. The pool was great and we liked that it was open late. There is also a nice restaurant, Eliza's, in the hotel. We ate dinner there on our first night and it was delicious. We will definitely stay at Hotel Indigo again the next time we are in Mount Pleasant!
