- CBCaleb B5 days ago1.0Stayed here from July 31st to August 3rd, and unfortunately, it was a really frustrating experience. First, the parking lot is way too small for the hotel. They made me park in an overflow lot at a completely separate hotel, which made me really anxious about leaving my car so far away. The worst of it all though was that the shower had no working cold water option at all. It stayed scalding hot, which ended up triggering a bad eczema flare-up. And this property has German cockroaches inside. (pictures attached).

( my original booking was cancelled) room was very clean and this suite had a small kitchen with a large fridge. tv in both rooms and a tv in the small family room. room was clean, bathrooms was great and the staff was very friendly.
- MSMadison SAug 11, 20261.0I am fairly certain that this place had bed bugs, I definitely will not be coming back. I will note that I didn’t see the bugs, but the bites look like them, I never get bitten by mosquitoes and mosquito bites look different for me, also I was in the room the entire time from 4pm to 9am the next day so nothing else had a chance to bite me and I noticed these bites the morning I checked out. They’re right where my leg would have been against the bed. I had to spend 3 hours hand steaming my entire suitcase of things and then another hour spraying alcohol onto other items to clean them. I told the hotel but they claimed that they checked and saw no evidence of bugs, so they provided no refund or reimbursal whatsoever. I know that I didn’t have proof so it makes sense that they would claim that they found nothing rather than admit to having bugs. Nasty :(

Sarcastic meter high here also. 🏴☠️ Called 3times to charge for tv remote to find it at the bottom of the television.
