  This hotel was absolutely great. My friend and I were pleasantly surprised. We had never heard of this hotel but after looking some of the reviews decided to give them a chance. The room was very clean, the staff was very professional and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. We will definitely make this hotel one of our favorite places to stay in the future.

  Surestay is a very nice hotel, in a very desirable location. There are various restaurants within walking distance. Employees are courteous and friendly. Our room was clean and appealing. I like the fact that a human being was present at the front desk each time I needed assistance. I would definitely recommend Surestay to others; nice location, close to I-95, appealing rooms, close to a variety of restaurants, super pricing with awesome front desk clerks. What more would you want for an over night stay or a couple of nights. I will gladly stay again. It’s going to be my #1 place to stay when I’m in the area.

  Highly recommend. Rooms clean and large. Lobby area clean and welcoming. Smells nice throughout. Breakfast good. Staff nice. Had an issue with charging early check in But nice, i believe owner, took care of it without issue. I highly recommend. Nicer area than Florence stopover. Less congestion.

  Dated hotel. Staff was friendly, helpful. Advertised "full hot breakfast". It wasn't. Coffee tasted funny. Powered "scrambled" eggs. Cereal dispenser did not work. Room key did not work. Couldn't get back into our room after breakfast. Staff opened door with passkey but then door would not completely close. This delayed our departure. Staffer said key issue was due to my cellphone. Key no where near my cellphone. Turns out batteries bad on door lock. Not a bad place to spend a night while traveling but certainty not a destination.

  I was extremely impressed with my stay at the SureStay Hotel by Best Western in Manning, South Carolina. From the moment I arrived, the hotel was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and smelled fresh and inviting. My room was a great size and had everything I needed. The temperature control was conveniently located on the wall and worked perfectly. I especially appreciated the wall-mounted dispensers with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion—a thoughtful and convenient touch. The shower had hot water and multiple water-pressure settings, making it a really enjoyable shower experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the blackout shades made it easy to get a great night’s sleep. The room also included a TV, microwave, and mini refrigerator, and everything was in excellent working order. The staff deserves special recognition. Everyone I encountered was polite, professional, welcoming, and genuinely seemed proud of the hotel and the service they were providing. That attitude really made a difference and created a very positive experience. The complimentary buffet breakfast was another highlight, with a surprisingly good variety of choices. The breakfast area was continuously kept clean, organized, and well-stocked, which was very impressive. Safety was also clearly a priority. The parking lot was well-lit and had plenty of security cameras. The rooms have exterior entrances, which would normally make me hesitant, but I felt completely safe here. The property was clean, orderly, and gave me a strong sense of security throughout my stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great amenities, friendly and professional staff, a good complimentary breakfast, and a safe environment—everything you want when you’re traveling. I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend the SureStay Hotel by Best Western in Manning to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, safe, and welcoming place to stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
