  The service was excellent and the location was close to plenty of stores and restaurants. The parking was very inconvenient when checking in late night. You have to walk all around the building from the parking lot. The rooms could use some updating.

  Very clean, modern rooms & bathrooms with no carpet. Quiet & safe area. Friendly, professional front desk. Good breakfast.

  Alot of homeless people walking around breakfast area. Lady at front desk today stared us down this morning like we shouldnt be there, rooms were ok nothing special and we sadly had to walk threw a walk way around back to park... we will not stay here agian we did not feel safe ! Especially not worth the 24,000 points we used! Also another thing i didnt like that they take your credit card and scan it themself... i didnt like it and told the girl and she made me sign this paper saying if the room was smoky they would charge my account $500! Also when they scan your crefit card she told me when they scan it it reads your card so they have everything off your card.. !! tHIS iS HOW YOU GET SCAMMED! I have no idea how this hotel is rated 4.5 out of five I would rate it two out of five!

  It’s an acceptable hotel with adequate accommodations. But, some of the rooms are being renovated and ours was next door to one of them. Workers knocked off at 6 pm but started the next morning at 8. Too noisy.

  We were in town for academy baseball and stayed here for 4 nights and it was wonderful! The staff, the breakfast and cleaning staff were great! There is a great bonus of $50 gift card if you stay 3 nights… be sure to book through best western though. I did not but the general manager called me to help me get the points I would have earned and the gift card. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
