My husband and I recently stayed at Best Western Magnolia Inn and Suites and overall had a really pleasant experience. What truly made our stay stand out was Zoey at the front desk. She was honestly one of the sweetest people you could ever meet. Her personality was warm, kind, and welcoming, and she was so attentive and engaging with us throughout our entire stay. Anytime we needed anything like extra towels or toiletries, she didn’t hesitate at all and made sure we were taken care of right away. She’s definitely the reason our stay felt so comfortable.
The area itself wasn’t bad at all, and the hotel has a cute, cozy feel to it. The only thing I would mention is that the property does seem a bit outdated compared to other Best Westerns I’ve stayed at, and it could benefit from some updates. That being said, everything was clean and well-kept, so I really can’t complain.
Overall, it was a good stay, and the excellent service especially from Zoey made it even better :)

This is the 2nd year we have stayed at this hotel, it's very convenient to the Black food truck festival that we have attended two years straight. The hotel overall is great, very clean, the staff is awesome, especially the breakfast staff and the breakfast is delicious. The only complaint is the mattresses, please replace the mattresses, it's time.
My dad managed hotels and resorts my whole life . I was chief engineer at a 5 star hotel . The staff was exceptional. Above and beyond nice . Its rare to have every staff member so accommodating and pleasant . I will choose this hotel every time im in the area. Good job to all of them !
Easy check in. Clean spacious room. Close to highway.
No big issues issues, water in shower not very hot, no restaurants close so eat before you get there.
