  Rooms are tiny, extremely LOUD! DOORS STICK, so they make super loud noise when opening and closing and heavy as 100lbs weights!

  It was a nightmare for the cost ac was out told front desk no on came and ask one employee he said no ENGLISH and laugh I stay at Holiday Inn across America this was the worst I ever been to

  Definitely overpriced with hidden resort fees. Our room the toilet..It ran the whole time. That was a bummer and then water pressure was mediocre temperature..ada room..but toilet paper roll and shelving definitely a miss for folks who need added assistance.... Other than that it was great

  The location is the one redeeming quality of this property, because the rest of my stay was extremely disappointing. The front desk staff member working on Saturday, July 25th around 10:45am was especially rude and dismissive. My hot water went out right before checkout, so I couldn’t even take a shower. Housekeeping also failed to clean my room on Friday, and when I mentioned it at the desk the next morning, the staff member didn’t believe me and responded with attitude. She even questioned whether I had truly been an IHG member for years. The AC in my room barely worked, and although I mentioned it at checkout, I was told that because I didn’t report it earlier, nothing could be done. I only avoided reporting it to avoid seeming like a complainer, but the room was uncomfortably warm the entire stay. The hallways were even worse — easily over 100 degrees. By the time all these issues piled up, I calmly expressed my concerns, but the staff member continued to give me attitude throughout the conversation. This was, without question, the worst interaction I’ve ever had with a Holiday Inn Express employee in all my years of staying with the brand.

  I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. The property looked nothing like the photos online. As soon as we arrived, we realized it was completely different from what was advertised. The entire hotel felt old, dirty, and poorly maintained. The carpets were filthy, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The ceilings were unusually low, making the hallways and common areas feel dark, cramped, and uncomfortable. Instead of feeling welcoming, the hotel felt more like being in a jail than a place to relax. The breakfast that was advertised as included was another huge disappointment. The breakfast area was incredibly small, crowded, messy, and dark. There was very little space to move around, making the experience unpleasant from the moment we walked in. The low ceilings and confined spaces made me feel anxious almost immediately. If you suffer from claustrophobia or are uncomfortable in tight, enclosed spaces, I strongly recommend that you do not book this hotel. The atmosphere was so uncomfortable that we decided to cancel our reservation rather than stay there. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we've had. The hotel did not match its online photos, the cleanliness was poor, and the environment was dark, cramped, and uninviting. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would encourage future guests to read recent reviews carefully before booking.
