- PPPKIcequeen5 days ago3.0The area is great. We stayed on the first floor which hasn’t been renovated. Very damp room & loud air conditioning unit. Super small bathroom. Maintenance rooms across the hall were loud and the doors needed to be slammed to shut properly. Great parking. Centrally located to everything.

The rooms just look a bit worn? The towel holder was trying to come off the wall and we found some paint on the floor that looked like it had just fallen from the ceiling 👀 either way a good experience for what we paid

It is walking distance to the beach as well about 15 minutes or less. The pool was already warm even though it was the end of April.
