  The Beach House is an awesome place to stay at while visiting Hilton Head. The location is perfect- right on the beach along with the Tiki Hut! The rooms were clean & cool and the staff on site were very attentive. Coligny Plaza is next door with many places to shop and eat. You'll love staying here!!! I can't wait to go back!!

  Checked in 5/13/26 4:00pm the girl at the checkin counter was useless for help/information. Answered all our questions abruptly and couldn’t be bothered. Our room was on the 4th floor. I prayed that the elevator would make it up. I have to say this is the most distressed (worn out) facility I ever stayed in. The window was so dirty it was hard to see the parking lot. Our bathroom was filthy, the bathtub was peeling. For $331 per night they should be embrassed (See photos) to ask that price. The pool area service and cleanliness was like a different facility. Great pool side service and Larry was always there to help. The tiki was fun with its live music. The food was edible, we had the tacos. Mine came with boiled shredded chicken, no seasoning and a little cheese with a side of nacho chips that looked as though they passed under a crushing device. Its obvious their focus in the Tiki hut is on selling you booze and not on the food. quality.

  The staff at this hotel are exceptional! Every staff member I interacted with was very friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect with it being directly on the beach and within walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants! I really enjoyed the Tiki Hut with its live music, the hot tub, and the fire pits! There were also many delicious food options which was a great bonus! I would highly recommend staying here and will be sure to return!

  Hotel is outdated and dirty. Whatever you do, don’t waste your money on the beach chair rental they offer. The chairs are nowhere near the actual ocean because they keep them way up by their bar, apparently so they can offer “beachside” food and drink service. We were there all day and not a single person ever came out to take an order. We had to walk up ourselves every single time. To make matters worse, they place the chairs directly next to a beach volleyball court where people were playing aggressively all day long. My grandson was actually hit by a flying volleyball and left with a bruise. Thankfully he was okay, but completely unacceptable for a supposed relaxing beach setup. Overall, this was a total waste of money and incredibly disappointing. This hotel is a rip off.

  After a check in, I received a text, each day there will be no change of bedding or bed making. Staff will collect dirty towels daily and provide clean one. Also replenish the Keurig coffee and cups. You could ask for change of bedding as needed. We were there in 2022 and thought it was because of Covid. No it’s the way it is. After 3 nights I did request a change of bedding but isn’t that what I paid for?
