  While I agree with some of the reviews as far as room issues, it is a hotel and looks to be quite old. Yes owner needs to do some major repairs, upgrades, painting, etc evidently in all rooms. As for cleanliness, I have had no issues. The small issues I have had (broken chair) were corrected quickly! Mrs Kenyetta is a rockstar at customer service! (7*’s). So nice and friendly, and so is Mrs. Janet.

  Room was nice, bed very comfortable, and the shower hot. Kenyetta was very welcoming. When my first assigned room was too strongly deodorized for me, she was so sweet and quickly switched me to another room, that was perfect. Also their breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have had in a long time. Even had Gluten-Free muffins and bagels, in addition to the hot eggs and sausages. Greg was very attentive with refilling and tidying the breakfast areas. Both Kenyetta and Greg genuinely care about the guests, and made my stay a great experience.

  Tiffany at the front desk called our bustpur nazis and caucassions . Also asked me were we were from , i stated Nj and she had the nerve to say thats why youre all so rude. Also half of our tour bus was jewish.then another person at the front desk who must be friends with tiffany were insulting the seniors for their age etc the following day rolling her eyes. So much for southern hospitality! A big praise to the people who ran breakfast they were the sweetest and they deserve a raise ! They literally were the best. I dont normally write reviews but i feel this was necessary again the people who ran breakfast give then a raise!!!

  We were traveling back from up north. There was an issue with booking on line (got an error message) so I called and booked via phone call. About 30-45 minutes later I noticed I had 2 reservations. I called and finally reached a lady named Janet who was most gracious and she was able to resolve the issue promptly! We met Janet when we checked in and she was lovely! Janet was doing a double shift and she was just trying to recover and catch up after a power outage there! And she was just as patient and pleasant as can be!!! Our room and was well appointed and clean & met our needs! The hotel is a little older, but was updated and fresh looking. And I have to mention the staff- everyone we interacted with was very friendly and pleasant. Will definitely stay again as we make our trip up to our former home at least once or twice each year!

  Honestly, just keep driving. What a disappointment. We have traveled extensively and stayed in many Holiday Inn Express locations. It has become our go to, value, quality, reliable. This one breaks the mold. We arrived late, very much road-weary. Upon entering our room. We were immediately aware of how unkept it was, visible stains on the wall, mildew in the shower, dirt in the corners of the room, and staining by the refrigerator. If this was the level of attention paid to the visible areas, how much attention is being paid to the unseen areas. Breakfast was certainly the star here, but after the room, the bar was low.
