- ESEly Teaches Art & Soul4 days ago1.0This hotel is money hungry still charge me even though I canceled the room with their associate who decided to cancel one as a courtesy, not me and then they sent me a generic email stating the policy, which is incorrect, but it’s OK because I’m gonna dispute the transaction with my bank and they can deal with getting all the evidence and documents for the dispute because it is still gonna cost the money for the dispute anyway so I don’t understand why the money hungry management team does not give my money back plus the front office manager is such a liar because she released the hold on my card at 8:08 AM and then a manager told her to charge my card and she charge my card anyway so that let me know that they are super hungry for money

The sofa mattress was dirty on top and the bottom Looked molded. I pulled out the bed sheets and it had blood spots on it very disgusting. Once I notified the front desk she was like ok and just looked at me. No apology didn’t offer another room or anything.
