  Checked in late night. Rooms 516 & 518. The beds are comfortable and the room and bathroom; tidy, modern, relevant. The night manager is kind, provided very good customer service. 5th floor ice machine, when running, can be heard down the hall to 518. In the morning I saw that the nooks are crannies are not clean, (see pic), and noting this, I did a bed check. I had the bed nearest the window in 516. In the morning, checked the beds— I lift each layer of sheet, pad and look closely at them and I look on both sides of the mattress seam of the bed—on the unslept-in side. These bed linens were not changed from the previous occupant as evidenced by hairs that do not belong to me. After that I checked the opposite bed in this 2 queen room and it was clean. I checked both beds in room 218 both clean. Upon departure I stopped at 4th, 3rd and 3nd floors, it was 10:30 am, note no maids/carts on these floors at all. Three housekeeping carts on the main floor. I suspect there are understaffed for the volume they serve, thus my findings. Now, I would not skip this hotel based on this finding, for me, the pluses outweigh the negatives, however, going forward, I will pre-check the tight tuck and perform this corner sheet layer test on every Holiday Inn bed before accepting the room. A final note: we thought we had a free breakfast but as it turns out, Holiday Inn = no free breakfast. Holiday Inn Express= free breakfast.

  Nice hotel with clean and modern rooms. Staff was great and near everything from Dave and Busters to Bass Pro Shop within walking distance. Good place to stay!

  This hotel is money hungry still charge me even though I canceled the room with their associate who decided to cancel one as a courtesy, not me and then they sent me a generic email stating the policy, which is incorrect, but it’s OK because I’m gonna dispute the transaction with my bank and they can deal with getting all the evidence and documents for the dispute because it is still gonna cost the money for the dispute anyway so I don’t understand why the money hungry management team does not give my money back plus the front office manager is such a liar because she released the hold on my card at 8:08 AM and then a manager told her to charge my card and she charge my card anyway so that let me know that they are super hungry for money

  Best hotel stay Ive had. Brian Moore made it amazing with his real desire to make everything over the top enjoyable. Great staff and lovely place.
