    During our stay, we witnessed a very serious situation involving a child who was badly injured in her hotel room and ultimately required emergency medical care. What was most concerning was the hotel staff’s lack of a response. The front desk staff did not know where the nearest emergency room was located, were unable to locate or provide an emergency/first aid kit, and appeared to retreat to the back office rather than assist a visibly panicked parent during the emergency. The lack of preparedness and support we witnessed was alarming and significantly affected our impression of the hotel. I hope management addresses staff emergency training and basic safety procedures so future guests are safer.

    update 2: the response is HIGHLY unprofessional so i dropped my rating. i was NEVER told about a deposit, it was NEVER stated online OR THE PAPERWORK I RECEIVED. youre a horrible location and your manners are absolutely ridiculous. still doesnt answer the fact you took OVER FIFTY. update: asked about the money. they claim it was a fifty dollar deposit we get back which is fine, wouldnt been nice to be told that since thats literally your job and that doesnt explain why im NEGATIVE $80 now when i wasnt when paying (had over 500 for a 445 charge) ill likely be reporting to the BBB and possibly the police. the app (IHG) said there WAS NO DEPOSIT. dont go here, i have a feeling that 'deposit' isnt going back to my account since i called them out on their BS. ill update after we leave room was fine but the staff were meh. i was supposed to be charged 395 and some change and was charged 445.04, FIFTY DOLLARS MORE. reserving in advance online was supposed to lock my total in as said when i was booking it. i wasnt made aware of the price change and didnt realise until i went to use my card and it declined due to the money being GONE. go somewhere more professional
