- SCSara CriderJun 27, 20262.0I will say overall, our visit was fine, the front desk receptionist was very kind and welcoming. But when we entered our room we noticed it had not been cleaned. The bed had been made, but there was pizza topping and grease all along the window sill, pizza handprints all over the full mirror, all over the bedside tables, the bathroom shower had not been fully cleaned, and overall I just felt like I couldn't trust the cleanliness of the bed. The receptionist did go up and re clean the room in the spots I mentioned but didn't clean the bedside tables. The carpet was vacuumed but there was chocolate or something stuck on the middle of the floor. The breakfast was good in the morning. But I probably wouldn't stay here again just based on initial experience.
- BFBrad FletcherJun 17, 20261.0So you pay almost $400.00 for 2 nights and they only clean your room periodically. When I asked Darien at front desk he replied rather rudely he didnt clean rooms. Well with 3 people standing at the front desk and Darien is no where in site he obviously doesn't work the front desk either. He gave me the managers card obviously he doesnt care either, but to be out all day and come back to your room with no clean towels and bed not made was awesome. I remember when Holiday Inn use to be a decent place to stay, but not anymore.
