Each time we walked through the lobby, we received a gracious hello. Anytime I am in Greenville, I will be staying here. Oh and the coffee was wonderful!

- LRLynn RogersSep 4, 20265.0Stayed at this location back in July for a group trip. Room was clean; common areas were clean as well. Since I deal w/low back issues, I actually slept on the chaise vs the bed, and it was extremely comfortable. Asked the front desk for some extra sheets to cover it, and no questions asked. Staff I encountered (Quan Dashai and James Am, I believe that's their names) were extremely friendly. The person setting up breakfast was as well. I just forgot to get their name. My only complaint is the hotel knew a large group was coming in, and on check-in day, there was only one person working the front desk checking us in; so it took awhile to get checked in, but otherwise, definitely would stay at this location again.
