  I can put up with the dust and limited amenities due to the remodel. What I absolutely cannot put up with is being placed in a room where they are hammering and picking up and putting down building materials until at least 7pm at night. I travel for work, my hotel is my home. Trying to mentally decompress and having to listen to hammering for hours at a time is ridiculous. If you are going to remodel, fine. DO NOT PLACE CUSTOMERS IN ROOMS DIRECTLY NEXT TO OR UNDER A ROOM BEING REMODELED. ITS COMMON SENSE!!!!!

  Let’s start with the good. Prices? Reasonable. Rooms are nice for the price. The bad? They’re using “AI” thermostats which made me miserable. They default to 75 and will reset back to 75. I had an uncomfortable, hot night of sleep. They “maximize comfort and minimize costs” though. The shower. Nice walk in shower. Poor water pressure. Even with heat cranked to the max water is just warm.

  Very nice and clean hotel. Just renovated it and they’ve done a great job with it. Staff was super nice. Location is perfect right next to the highway with stores and shops right next door. If I’m ever in the area again this would be one of the first places I look at to stay if the price is as reasonable as it was when I booked this trip.

  They have done a great job refurbishing this.After being an Econolodge for so long... great job. staff was super friendly, hotel is a hole with super clean even though they've still got some construction in rehab stuff going on. i was really impressed.

  Overall, this hotel was disappointing. First, the location wasn't the easiest to get to. When we checked in, our first room had a broken window and the refrigerator door was damaged, as if part of it had been ripped off. The manager moved us to another room, but after inspecting it himself, it was clear that room wasn't in great shape either. The floor was dirty, and there was a sticky spot next to the bed. When my wife went looking for towels, there weren't any clean ones available. Instead, there was a wet towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door, which housekeeping should have caught. We had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels, which wasn't a huge inconvenience, but it shouldn't have been necessary. The building is also under construction. The IHG app described this as a new hotel, but it's actually an older property that appears to have been renovated and repainted. It's also a Garner hotel, which I didn't realize when booking. Had I known that beforehand, I probably would have chosen another property based on a previous experience. On the positive side, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great—the room stayed nice and ice cold, which made for a good night's sleep.
