  Ella was absolutely amazing! She was ready and waiting for us at the airport right on time, with our key cards and rooms already prepared. After a long flight, this was truly a flight attendant’s dream! Her service was seamless, thoughtful, and incredibly professional. Way to go, Ella! Thank you for taking such wonderful care of us!

  Stayed here at the end of July for a family reunion. Had we knowm there would be NO MICROWAVES IN ANY OF THE ROOMS, we would have stayed elsewhere. Even the most run down, low quality, filthiest, sleaze motel has a microwave in the room. In 2026, for a chain this large, it's unprofessional unacceptable. The room was outdated and during the breakfast, one of the employees got pissed off due to them being short staffed, so the refilling of the food and juice was nearly....nonexistent. Our family will definitely NOT be choosing ANY IHG locations for family gatherings in the future.

  I am writing to share some feedback regarding our recent 5-day booking at this Crowne Plaza location. Unfortunately, due to several major issues, we chose to check out two days early. First, on our first day, housekeeping left our room door completely open. Not locked. We brought this to management's attention, and the issue was addressed, but it was still a significant security concern. Second, the breakfast experience was very underwhelming. On our second day, we discovered we could order fresh, made-to-order food instead of eating from the buffet, where items had clearly been sitting for hours due to low traffic. However, on the third day, when we requested the made-to-order menu, the staff responded with a poor attitude. Furthermore, I was told that the Roper Mountain omelet was not included, even though breakfast should be fully covered under my loyalty status. I have attached copies of our food voucher and the menu for your reference. Ultimately, we did not want to spend our stay arguing for benefits that should have been included, so we moved to another hotel for the remainder of our trip. Follow up to management response. At the end of the day we felt we were paying for a service that your hotel did not provide in two major areas, security and food. & beverage. We tried to find solutions with you. You solutions were not good ones. Unfortunately we could not agree so we will never patronize the Crowne Plaza in Greenville again. Customers like us don't want to be treated badly like we were at your hotel.

  The experience at Crowne plaza has been great! It’s conveniently located and everyone has been so helpful and welcoming. Ella especially has been such a great help! She’s always accommodated taking us around, via their shuttle services, which has been very helpful. Chris, the morning shuttle driver has also been absolutely amazing. The most detail oriented guy ever, who makes an effort to remember names as well. I definitely recommend this hotel!

  Im going to use some words of another review I saw because how she said it was perfect. "The hotel is old and it’s very clear they remodeled the lobby, but the rooms are extremely dated (it still has a popcorn ceiling). The wallpaper is old and peeling at points the sprinklers and faucets all need to be replaced but otherwise it’s as good a place to sleep and leave as any." Our tub I would not consider remodeled. Caulking for the tub needed to be removed and replaced and we had a few issues with some bugs in our room. I was told by another guest that I wasnt the only one that reported that on the 2nd floor.
