  I must say that I was totally impressed with the Candlewood Suites on Green Heron Rd in Greenville, SC. My boyfriend, myself and my dog Sophie stayed at this hotel for 10 days while we were waiting for our new home to be completed. The hotel and the rooms were clean and fairly spacious. The grounds were well kept as well. The staff were all so welcoming, friendly and accommodating! Stephanie Butler, the asst. GM was awesome! She was super friendly and was there for anything that we needed to make our stay comfortable and memorable. There was another gentleman Anthony who seemed to have all kinds of work hats on from maintenance (because we had a clog in the tub) to front desk, to dog greeter when Sophie passed by. I think Stephanie said he was sales possibly? In any case, we felt right at home. For a 10 day stay that I was dreading prior to getting there, it was a wonderful experience!

  This extended is wonderful! The room was clean and had everything we needed for our month- long stay. The free use of washer and dryer downstairs was super helpful. The hotel is right off of the main road, so there’s tons of stores and restaurants within walking distance. A huge thank you to Stephanie Butler and to Katie. There were both super attentive and always willing to go above and beyond for us! If we visit Greenville again, we will definitely be staying at Candlewood again :)

  Great location, close to many restaurants! We were assigned a room that was already occupied, the front desk person was able to make adjustments however it was still a pain to deal with.

  The Hotel is nice, but needs some upgrades. The tv'S are old and slow and the bathtub was coming loose, wall cracked.

  i blocked this hotel in april, i booked a king size bed single bed room. on my way in yesterday my friend called to see if our room was ready and she told me it was, and we could have a double queen room if we wanted so we said yes. we came to check in yesterday and the lady told me a room wasn’t ready for us. to then proceed to tell us that she gave the room away to someone else that got there before us. which is crazy you don’t tell a guest a room is available then give it away before you arrive. then tells us no other rooms are ready (it’s a hour and a half past check in) then says a single bed room is available so we take it because we have a uber picking us up in minutes. we go into the room, and it’s a single queen bed which is not what i booked. this has been a ridiculous hotel and i will not be staying with candlewood again
