- VVVincentMay 8, 20263.0The room I had reserved had been "mistakenly" assigned to someone else when I arrived late in the night (I had called ahead). They were able to find me a different room, but it was warm, humid, and smelled terribly when I arrived. In the morning, service staff ignored the do not disturb sign and yanked on my door multiple times starting before 7am, which woke me up repeatedly. I would not stay here again.

I went back to the front desk told them they give me another room that was not ready eather. Went back thay gave me another room this was was ready the place has enough room; but went i woke up in the morning i found roaches all over the place it was nasty disgusting. I told the lady on front desk in the morning she said it eas normal on some rooms .. it was nasty i want my money back ……😡

The room was immaculate and spacious and well equipped. It looked brand new. The morning staff were also friendly and they gave us late checkout because we arrived so late.
