  The room was great this time around. The bed sleeps really good. The check in was wonderful and after a pretty long drive I was able to get in early. It's quiet and it's close to just about everything that you could need or want. I hope to be back soon..

  Location is awesome very convenient to the interstate. Rooms are very nice and have plenty of space. Pool was also nice and clean. The breakfast and the cleanliness should warrant an additional 5 stars. Highly recommend and if im staying in the area again I will definitely stay here.

  For a family of 6 we have a 2 spaces room with 2 beds and 2 bathrooms. Huge. They had good value breakfast options not the powder and slim3 most places have. A great value for your money and super clean.

  I stayed at the best western came down to visit my family I went to the store came back my room seemed to be locked from the inside I called downstairs a nice gentleman helped out with no issue. He replied it’s okay this seems to happen often at this location which was okay but a little odd for why this issues hasn’t been addressed. My friend and I took an uber to go see my family came back at around 1am tried opening the door again it was locked from the inside once again I called down for help and tried telling the lady it was locked from the inside once AGAIN another inconvenience I tried explaining to her the issue but she didn’t understand fully she came up 5 mins later tried opening the door she opened it and then left quickly after. She said the next morning the room smelled like “weed” I don’t smoke weed at all my job requires drug testing so that would violate my job completely. For the lady to sit there and lie about noise complaints of “door slamming” when the doors are heavy fire safety doors is not okay I treat everyone with respect and I expect the same the fact that I have to leave my room today because of assumptions is unacceptable. I also felt they were being this way because I am multiracial women I didn’t feel like I was treated with respect at all. I’m sure they have better days at this hotel but today was not one of them I hope you treat the next multiracial guest with the up most respect that they deserve it’s 2026 please do better.

  Service and staff are very nice. Rooms are fairly clean, no bugs. One major concern to be aware of — the pool is filled with dead flying ant bugs and other debris. I know it’s summer time and if you have kids most of the time the major attraction for a hotel is the pool. I decided to get in the pool and swish the debris and bugs over to the deep end so my kids could swim. That was my bad. We only swam for 15 minutes or so. Not even 12 hours later my 20 month old son got a bad infection in his private areas. Pus and swelling and redness From whatever bacteria got on him. It cost us an ER visit and lots of pain. As a parent I made the call to let him swim so that’s on me. But please be aware that the pool is not in swimming condition. Other than that the hotel is good. Good breakfast, good service, nice gym.
