  Breakfast was good, staff was good but a Joe and Ms.Tina are gems to this hotel. They gets the job done respectfully understand they care for the customer. Joe may be Africa I believe he trys his best to understand but once he get it he got it. It's hard to come across people like these two. Now the other head housekeeper does not do nothing. I have saw her walks around in her phone I ask her was she a housekeeper she says I am head of housekeeper I will get someone to help you apparently she didn't no one came. But I saw someone else and they helped me. Overall the place is close to food shopping and gas. Rooms clean smell fresh breakfast good overall I'll give 4stars but with Joe and Ms.Tina I would put 5star but that head of housekeeper was not professional at all.

  I am beyond frustrated and upset with this location. My family made two reservations here, a week apart. On the first stay, they told us at check-in that the only room left doesn’t have a TV. No big deal, but we still had to pay full price. We confirmed our second reservation during this stay. Then a week later, one day before we were supposed to check in, they called to say they had overbooked the hotel and needed to cancel our room. Alea Jeffries said they were prioritizing members. We are members, but because Joe didn’t put our membership info in the system when we booked our stay it didn’t matter. We had to scramble to find another hotel on our last day of vacation. Absolutely ridiculous. I wouldn’t bother trusting this place with a reservation.

  Will never stay here again. My family has been using this hotel for a couple of years to break up driving days on our long trips. This past weekend, they told us no regular rooms were available and had to put us in a spare room with no TV. We were not offered any discount or points as IHG members for this inconvenience. We confirmed that we would have a regular room the following weekend on our trip back home, and we were told that everything was good to go and our room would be available. One day before our second stay, the hotel called and told us the room was cancelled because they overbooked and “IHG members took precedence.” This makes no sense considering we are all IHG members and have been for many years. When questioning this, they said the membership number was not attached to the reservation. This could have been a non-issue if we had been told during the confirmation that our membership number was not included. Now we are scrambling to find new accommodations. This hotel is not worth the stay, even if you are an IHG member, due to the lack of reliability and loyalty to its members.

  There is only 1 washing machine and dryer for all guests. Both take only quarters and there is no change machine and front desk won't give change for cash bills. Originally had booked 2 king bed rooms weeks in advanced. When we arrived we were told that only a double queen was available for one room. Other room would have to be the only 1st floor room. What's the purpose of a reservation?

  I have previously stayed here with no issues however this trip, this place waited unitl the NOON the day of our trip to cancel our reservation due to them overbooking. They also refuse to release our hold money. I asked for management and they transferred to a dead line that rings until it times out. Upon calling back, they now will not answer the call. Totally poor customer service. I have stayed over 100 nights with this chain, I will be hard pressed to stay another night.
