- KJKeith Johnson JrMay 24, 20261.0During our recent stay, we were extremely disappointed with both the customer service experience and the condition of the showers in the rooms provided to us. After noticing mold and an unclean shower in our initial room, we informed the receptionist of the issue. While we were eventually given another room, it was done with little concern or urgency. Unfortunately, the replacement room was even worse. Mold was visible throughout the shower, on the ceiling, around the door, and even on the soap dispenser. Having to shower in those conditions was uncomfortable and unacceptable for my family. To be fair, the room itself was otherwise clean, the breakfast was hot and enjoyable, and the gym facilities were decent. However, those positives were overshadowed by the poor condition of the bathrooms and the lack of attentive customer service. As an IHG member, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and hospitality. I strongly encourage management to address the upkeep and sanitation of the showers so future guests do not have to experience the same disappointment my family did.

They were on top of the blanket and pillow in plain sight. There is a dumpster filled with mattresses in the parking lot. We missed that on the way in. Stay safe!
