We didn’t not damage anything, we didn’t smoke anything in the room, we didn’t have candles or any other type of flammable device, we were not late char king out, and we turned in keys and everything. I really am flabbergasted as this additional charge abs the lack of any help to get this resolved.

Lies given, no followups, only money hungry. I get it we live in different times and i could see if it was peak season but it wasn't and they show no compassion to customers that have concerns. Jon didn't care to listen and help nor did he care if i wrote a bad review because of his customer service skills.
