  Good hotel and good service. However they need to get better chemicals and tools and clean the sliding shower door

  The location was decent being near Carowinds and Quail Hollow G.C. The room was okay. The people in the floor above were walking around and sliding their rolling bags and we could hear every sound. The wall-mounted AC control panel was dangling loosely and would’ve fell down if we touched it (plus the batteries completely corroded the spring contact point). The bathroom door frame was so crooked that we couldn’t get the door to fully close or lock. The “safe” inside the room was locked with someone else’s passcode so we couldn’t use it.

  I checked out of my room two weeks ago, but my deposit has still not been released. When I called the front desk today, I spoke with a manager named Jean, who claimed she could not find my reservation and refused to assist me. I attempted to call back to speak with someone else, but she hung up on me. I eventually had to contact corporate headquarters just to locate my reservation and initiate the release of my funds. I spent over an hour on the phone simply because the front desk failed to process my checkout properly on the day I departed. This hotel is poorly managed, and Jean’s behavior was both unprofessional and rude.

  Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at any hotel. Very unprofessional— experienced no power and the hotel did nothing to compensate for the inconvenience. When trying to get the situation handled and taken care of they completely ghosted me.

  To whom it may concern..my husband Rev Thomas and I stayed at avid in south Carolina we stayed there for 2 days and I've stayed in resorts many different hotels all over the country and this avid stay was by far the best I've ever had ..tyonia..front Mrs Jean front desk Mrs Jessie Ashley breakfast attendants Mrs Diane Mrs tramanie and Mrs sherra the manager each young lady was exceptional in each area that they work in.. Courteous very polite making sure our stay was comfortable..I can be very demanding at times..and they handled every demand in a professional courteous manner.with smiles .I want to say thank you to each one of them for making our stay the best we ever had .thank you thank you thank you all..love Rev Thomas and Marcy jacobs ❤️
