  We had a nice stay at Staybridge Suites Florence, SC. Although it was a short stay, we were appreciative of the immediate hospitality at the front desk. Tremaine was extremely professional and welcoming from the time we walked into the hotel. He went above and beyond to locate me as I left my ID at checkin. The social hour was such a nice touch also, and so appreciated after a long drive. This is our second experience with a Staybridge Suites, the other in Clermont, FL, and both times have been exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable. I will look to stay at Staybridge Suites Florence again when the opportunity arises.

  Newer or well kept hotel along i95. Room was clean and rest was good. Ladies working the breakfast were extra friendly and nice and the breakfast was really good, especially for a hotel breakfast. Real bacon and sausage. Variety of fruits and breads. Great chose when driving the east coast.

  Had a really great stay! The rooms were super clean and comfortable, and the customer service was amazing the whole time. Brandon at the front desk was especially awesome, really kind, helpful, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Housekeeping was super kind and accommodating. Definitely would stay here again.

  Stayed here at THEE Staybridge Suites with my mom and daughters and we had an amazing time, the whole entire staff was the kind that made you want to stay...everybody was very welcoming, friendly and they showed that they absolutely love their guest. The rooms, the the Den, the outside lounge area, and the breakfast area was 1,000,000 out of 1,000,000. Ms. Rose and those grits, and not only do you get free breakfast buffet but it comes with a singer, by Ms. Rose!!! She made us all feel so good, she had us in there clapping and all. I will be returning very soon already have my next room booked!! If you're ever in Florence and need a place Staybridge is the one, trust me you wont regret it!!!

  I am disappointed with my recent experience at this property and with the lack of follow-up afterward. After arriving late at approximately 11:00 PM following a very long drive with a toddler, I was informed at check-in that no upgraded rooms were available despite membership status. While I understand availability can vary, the primary concern began once we entered the assigned room. The room had clearly not been cleaned to an acceptable standard. Cleanliness is a fundamental expectation at any hotel, especially after a late arrival when guests reasonably rely on the room being fully prepared. This immediately affected the comfort of our stay. Additionally, the air-conditioning system did not perform properly. Although the thermostat was set to a lower temperature, the room remained humid and uncomfortable throughout the night. As a result, we were unable to rest adequately and chose to check out the following morning to continue traveling. Most concerning, however, has been the lack of response from hotel support after the issue was reported. I was told someone would follow up regarding the situation, but no contact was ever made. I was also provided an email address for further communication, yet outreach through that channel produced no response either. This absence of communication reflects poorly on the property’s commitment to guest service and accountability. Overall, this experience was frustrating and disappointing, particularly after a long travel day with family. I expected better cleanliness standards and significantly more responsive customer support. I hope management reviews this situation seriously and improves both housekeeping quality and post-stay customer service responsiveness.
