- JTjanae traineAug 22, 20261.0My time here was horrible. Employees are sneaky and rude. And if you plan to use the pull out bed expect big holes in the mattress topper. My full review: When we first checked in at around 11am we were tired and exhausted from the day so we went to take a shower—only to find it not working. The handle wouldn’t turn so we called the front desk. They gave us the room across from us to shower ONLY. Yes on the key it said “use shower only”. That wouldn’t have been a problem if the following day they decided at 1am to charge my father’s card $250 because someone “smelled smoke”. This was not communicated to us and i feel as though they were trying to be sneaky. None of us smoked nor did we get room service the whole time we were there (this will be important later) so there would be no way someone could have smelled smoke. To top this stay off as we were returning the keys for checkout (we checked out 2/3 hours before checkout time) and coincidentally someone was calling downstairs to tell the front desk we left the room “a mess”. Keep in mind we had no room service for 4 nights but we did clean up all of our trash and left all dirty towels in one pile. I will never stay at this location again and i’d recommend no one else to. Especially if you are of color!!! (Picture is for proof of stay)

Rooms were nice and they even had a complimentary dinner with beer/wine for guests. My favorite thing about my stay was the shower pressure! Hands down the best shower I’ve had in a hotel.

- KBKyla BrownJul 31, 20261.0We paid almost $1000 to stay for a weekend. In our suite, NONE of the outlets worked. This is extremely inconvenient and unsafe. None of my family could charge their phones or devices to be equipped for the trip. We didn’t travel from Virginia to have a hotel room with no working outlets. They need to do better with checking that all outlets worked in the rooms.
