  We stopped in to this Staybridge on a family road trip with kids. The first room we were given had someones bags in it. So we quickly closed the door and went back down stairs. The employee was accommodating and gave us another room, telling us that the room was not showing taken. The second room we were given was dirty with hairs everywhere on the bathroom and uncleaned bathroom sink with toothpaste in it and the bed had a outline like someone had laid in the bed. The room had been previously used because the previous person left sticky notes on everything wrong with the room. The room was extremely hot and the thermostat was already set to 68 and showing 74 in the room. We decided just to checkout and continue driving. The employee at the front desk was very nice and helpful, just the rooms were not work hundred some dollars was not worth getting a dirty room. To the management check your rooms no matter what time of day or night, putting people In rooms that have people stuff is a problem and they might have a problem with strangers in a room they were renting

  Absolute great stay. The rooms were large, clean, comfortable. Check in was fast and friendly, people working at this hotel are wonderful. Lots of parking, easy on/off I-95. Good breakfast, coffee any time in the lobby. Highly recommend!

  NOT very Pet Friendly. If you are traveling with a pet, particularly a service dog, be aware of my experience. I was charged an additional $86 for my service ESA small under 15lb dog for a single night stay. During the complimentary breakfast, I went to get coffee and was approached by staff multiple times and scrutinized regarding my service dog being in the breakfast area. I was also reprimanded for using a paper bowl from the breakfast area to provide my dog with water. I stayed from Friday to Saturday and found the overall experience very disappointing. Based on my stay, I believe the hotel is overrated and did not provide the level of customer service I expected. My room also smelled like dirty socks and I was unable to stop the AC. This is not a 3 to 4 star experience. Sorry .....Not going back ever!

  Our stay at Staybridge Suites was wonderful. Marcus greeted us and provided such kind and friendly hospitality as he checked us in. The room was very clean and provided all the amenities we needed and more. We very much enjoyed the outdoor back patio. They provide a bar, grills, a fire pit, plenty of comfortable seating, as well as games. Breakfast was PHENOMENAL! It was not your just typical continental breakfast- everything was fresh and delicious. They offered a variety of breakfast options including gluten free ones. Ms. Rose was so welcoming and her delicious grits were one of the best parts of breakfast. Thank you for a great stay!

  This was a very comfortable stay away from home. The front desk attendant, Rachel, was incredibly welcoming and personable. She made me feel like she already knew me and greeted my family and me with a bubbly personality and positive energy during check-in. Her customer service was truly exceptional and deserves 5 stars. Rachel helped make our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great experience.
