- JJJoey JohnsonAug 11, 20265.0Great staff. I always feel comfortable here. Rooms are clean, water is clean and hot. TV is hit or miss but I carry a streaming device. Internet takes a personal router easily and doesn't make you sign back in at a weird time everyday. Fast enough to to stream and play. Location is close to the local industrial businesses. Food and gas next door. My only complaint is the lack of noise dampening on the highway side of the building. I can hear every truck accelerate/brake over top of the running AC. It is seriously loud. I stay here everytime I do service in the area and I have always had a pleasant stay. Staff is like family. ❤️❤️❤️

Coffee is 24/7. Select coffee beans to be ground for your coffee. Room was very spacious and clean. Plenty of towels/wash clothes. Dove brand hand and hair products for you to use. Water pressure good and very hot water. Shower head is made for tall people. There was good reception on TV. Plenty of channels to watch. King bed was very comfortable. Had plenty of pillows. Coffee maker and microwave were in the room. Had welcoming mints in room for guest. Inside refrigerator was cool. Did not go swimming but absolutely loved their swimming area. It's on the inside but over half of it is glass. So kinda feels like on outside instead of inside. Walking distance to Zaxbys. Great location. Felt safe. No problems with noise. Air conditioning was great. Breakfast better than most hotels. Holiday Inn Express and Suites hotels have the best Breakfast to me. Doesn't taste like your normal hotel food. Now, most important, their famous cinnamon rolls. Yes, they had them. Yum, yum. Delicious!! No problems with checking in or out. Was fast. One of cleaning ladies spoke to my husband and I asked we were walking out our room. She was so so nice. She appeared to be genuine. Again, excellent hotel.
- JDJorge DiazAug 2, 20261.0Extremely disappointed! Room was dirty, carpet was stained up in multiple spots, used the pull out bed and crumbs fell everywhere as soon as i got it out. The tub in the shower had a bunch of rust and a big chunk of the glaze was coming up. Breakfast was pretty good and the staff member working that area was extremely friendly. This was my first time in a while at a holiday inn and I think i’ll just stick to my usuals Hilton/Marriot because this one was pretty bad.

I was unable to stay in the room due to the unhygienic conditions. From the moment I entered, there was a strong urine odor that made the room unpleasant and concerning. The bathroom showed visible signs of water damage and deterioration, including peeling paint and what appeared to be mold or moisture-related damage. The furniture was also in poor condition, with torn and worn upholstery that appeared neglected. For a hotel carrying the Holiday Inn Express brand, I expected a clean, safe, and well-maintained room. Unfortunately, the condition of this room did not meet reasonable hygiene or maintenance standards. I shared my concerns with the staff, but I did not feel the situation was handled appropriately. I hope management takes these concerns seriously, addresses the maintenance and cleanliness issues, and ensures future guests are provided with a safe and sanitary environment. I do not recommend this property based on my experience.
