The tub shower needs to be updated to a more modern style a lot of the rooms that I checked out prior to checking in were pretty played out....... Corporate needs to step up and fix these rooms one by one......

The room was dirty, mold, spider webs with bugs and the shower had patches and unusable. The manager Ashley was rude and told us we could not receive a refund, knowing we didn't stay. We left after entering the room and seeing the unstayable unsanitary conditions. Emailed and spoke with Corporate offices We went down the road the Hampton Inn which was top notch!

Normally we stay at Marriott or Hilton hotels but the additional price they charge for bringing our dog prompted us to consider other hotels. Springhill Suite wanted $100. This Best Western only charged $20. This place was a find. The room may not have been as fancy as some places but it was very clean and quiet. Not all hotels offer a free full breakfast. This place does and it was over the top! The staff were as friendly as they were helpful. There was absolutely no hesitation choosing this hotel for our return trip. It'll be a high point of future trips to Florida I am sure
