  I was at this hotel from June 15, 2026 until I was asked to leave by the hotel GM. I was told the reason for them asking me to leave was because, of noise complaints. When I asked what noise complaints due to the fact I hadn't been made awear of any complaints my room had until I was asked to leave. I was told one guest refused to stay next to me because, of the noisey coming from my room but, I was told by a front desk worker that they asked to be moved due the room smelling like weed. Then I was asked by the same worker at the front desk if I knew who was smoking weed on the floor I was on. I told her I didn't know. Then I was told I was asked to leave for the safety of the employees because, my ex fiance had to be removed from the property after being told he was allowed back on the property but,mind you I was the one that requested security and the police. I was giving new keys the very next morning and nothing else was said that was the week of July the 11th through the 16th of July. On monday which is today july 17th I was asked to leave because, of noise complaints received over the weekend. I was taking care of my Autistic grandson this past weekend. He does have a tendency to yell but I call him down on it. Then I was told by management that I was taking 5 to 10 plates of food to my room after breakfast which is complimentary. I never take food to my room unless it was food I had left on my plate. I was given 4 to 5 reasons why I was asked to leave only after telling them that I was never spoken to about the noise in my room. Then when my son wrote a review they responded and said that they had spoken to me several times and nothing changed. The only way I got stuff like towels or other things needed for the room was by me asking for it . My sons took out our trash , I borrowed a small broom and dust pan to sweep our floor, and last night on the 16th of july I went downstairs and got the vaccume to vacuume our floor. No housekeeping person had ever been inside my room. The only person that came to my room was the head matinace worker. None of the cleaning staff speaks English except for the head housekeeper which is also a manager. So as i was put in this hotel by a third party my room paid for through the 8th of August I am disabled I paid all my bills out of my disability check and have no money left to get anywhere or to pay for another place to stay.

  1. The workers don’t give good service never came to our room never ask us did we need anything 2. The manager Isaac is rude and disrespectful and hangs up in your face if you have a question 3. They kicking us out because my nephew is autistic and yells sometimes and they saying we have to be out of here before 4. They said at first it was the person next to us complaining then said it was at breakfast an lunch like witch one is it I don’t not recommend staying here

  This hotel is infested with cats. So be prepared that your vehicle may be get damaged from these cats who climb up on everyone's vehicles leaving scratch marks. One day while having breakfast I spoke with 4 other people who also had the cats on their vehicle. Management does nothing about this I was told. Also be aware these cats crap everywhere all around the grounds. They also allow people to come and feed them daily. Which keeps them there and only brings more in.

  My stay began with Kayla reaching out to me before I ever arrived asking what room I wanted. This right there made her the best agent I've ever encountered. I am very particular about where I stay in a hotel and normally have to call ahead to ask. The facilities themselves are on the best end of typical Staybridge. Breakfast was excellent. The outdoor barbeque area wasn't as nice as some, but very functional with grill and griddle. The only negative I would say is the one side might be quite noisy from the street and the location makes it somewhat difficult to leave in a particular direction, but overall a great experience.
