  There was a little confusion at the 10pm check-in and had to wait 5 minutes. The room was spacious, clean and incredible layout. The bed was super comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was great!! A lot of options. The morning staff was 10/10 helpful and kind. I would recommend this hotel. Thanks for the stay!

  Fantastic hotel, great friendly staff. Breakfast is best of all ihg. Very clean. Location very near downtown only drawback is traffic coming off expressway where you need to turn left into property. They need to find a spot to store there housekeeping stuff other than the hall in front of the elevator.

  Centrally located, intersection outside the hotel is kind of scary. Nice rooms with good breakfast. Only two stars because we left behind an item and we went back the same day to retrieve it. Had us waiting 30 minutes just to tell us to leave a phone number (we left two) and they would call us back if they find it or not. Its been 2 days now and haven’t gotten a call and they haven’t answered any of my emails. It was my daughters water bottle too so I don’t understand why they would want to steal that. I hope housekeeping enjoys their new water bottle I guess, even with it personalized.

  We had a wonderful stay at Seabridge Columbia Inn. Our family really enjoyed the hotel and had a great time. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and everything was comfortable and welcoming. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back again!

  I was at this hotel from June 15, 2026 until I was asked to leave by the hotel GM. I was told the reason for them asking me to leave was because, of noise complaints. When I asked what noise complaints due to the fact I hadn't been made awear of any complaints my room had until I was asked to leave. I was told one guest refused to stay next to me because, of the noisey coming from my room but, I was told by a front desk worker that they asked to be moved due the room smelling like weed. Then I was asked by the same worker at the front desk if I knew who was smoking weed on the floor I was on. I told her I didn't know. Then I was told I was asked to leave for the safety of the employees because, my ex fiance had to be removed from the property after being told he was allowed back on the property but,mind you I was the one that requested security and the police. I was giving new keys the very next morning and nothing else was said that was the week of July the 11th through the 16th of July. On monday which is today july 17th I was asked to leave because, of noise complaints received over the weekend. I was taking care of my Autistic grandson this past weekend. He does have a tendency to yell but I call him down on it. Then I was told by management that I was taking 5 to 10 plates of food to my room after breakfast which is complimentary. I never take food to my room unless it was food I had left on my plate. I was given 4 to 5 reasons why I was asked to leave only after telling them that I was never spoken to about the noise in my room. Then when my son wrote a review they responded and said that they had spoken to me several times and nothing changed. The only way I got stuff like towels or other things needed for the room was by me asking for it . My sons took out our trash , I borrowed a small broom and dust pan to sweep our floor, and last night on the 16th of july I went downstairs and got the vaccume to vacuume our floor. No housekeeping person had ever been inside my room. The only person that came to my room was the head matinace worker. None of the cleaning staff speaks English except for the head housekeeper which is also a manager. So as i was put in this hotel by a third party my room paid for through the 8th of August I am disabled I paid all my bills out of my disability check and have no money left to get anywhere or to pay for another place to stay.
