- EJEmm JayDec 4, 20161.0I'm located at one of the IHG hotels here on Fort Jacksons SC, and it has to be the worst Hotel I ever stayed in since IHG received the military contract. This place deserves zero Stars. So I'm here for MRT training and the rooms that the Instalation training placed us in is 'Horrid' at best. The carpet is dingy, and the bathroom has to be over 30 years old. I had to go to Walmart to get some shower shoes because the floor and the Shower are so disgusting. These rooms DON'T even have 'Environmental Control.' This is 2016 and I have to use a fan because the rooms does not have environmental control. Wow! These two weeks can't go by any faster. If you know anything about Master Resiliency Training, you learn how to 'Hunt the good stuff' sorry IHG, there's nothing here good to hunt. This place sucks and they're charging the Army $75 a night for a $35 a night room. if I ever have to come to Fort Jackson for a school again, God forbid, I'll book may room off post and just pay the difference. ZERO STARS for this Horrid at best hotel, or shall I say 'Hole in a wall' 5 Dec 16 The picture of the bed is the condition that my room was in once I returned from MRT training today, my 14 year old son can make a better bed. And furthermore, the carpet wasn't even vacuumed. This is the conditions that IHG here at Fort Jackson is placing America's Soldiers in. News Flash IHG, just because we train in the dirt, does not mean we live in it. I will be making an I.C.E complaint and submitting these pictures to the Installation Commander.
