And the TV is our room didn't have many working stations. Very disappointing. Bed was comfy. And I do wish the people above us didn't walk so loud. Lol
- VJV JacksonSep 19, 20265.0I stayed at this location for one night while in town for business. Thomasena was the receptionist when I checked in and she was extremely helpful. She was very accommodating and made sure to explain everything to me and answered all of my questions. The hotel was fresh and clean from entrance to the room. I knocked off one star for the room since there were a pile of dead ants in several corners of the room and underneath the ac unit. I'm just happy that they were not alive lol. That's an easy fix, I just think the housekeeper's could have done a better job at vacuuming or sweeping the room. Other than that, this location is perfect for access to I-20. Many fast food chains and restaurants are nearby and the Village at Sandhills mall is approximately five minutes driving. The bed linen was clean and fresh and the bathroom was tidy. I will definitely stay again.
- MAMathew AdkinsAug 25, 20262.0No dirty carpet but dirty hard floors..i have pics of the dirt and garbage on the floor..and I've never stayed in one that didnt have a pack of plastic silverware in the room..i could care less about the kurig it is not like anyone trust them anyway but dirty floors and no plastic silverware in the room! And I know that pool hasn't been open all year and it is about to be September...but it is Columbia SC so I'm not surprised..9 out of 10 hotels down here with a pool have not been open all year..it is hard to judge them when this whole state is a ghetto
- SBSusan BlantonAug 20, 20265.0We had a great stay. We were in town for a Ft. Jackson boot camp graduation, so we were at the hotel 2 nights. Only 7 minutes of an easy, scenic drive from the hotel to Gate 4 entrance to the fort. Clean, nice, spacious room with super comfy beds. Nice morning breakfast with nice little bags to carry out breakfast on-the-go. The staff was friendly and check-in a breeze. There is a Waffle House right next door and plenty of other places around. We're happy we chose this Holiday Inn. Thanks!
