  Isaiah was very cool and welcoming when I checked in, also Genesis as well when I was checking out. You can tell they really care about what they do. Love staying here for when I have sales meetings. God bless you all! Keep it up! 👍🏼

  I booked this holiday inn by accident while standing in the lobby of the holiday inn on two notch (which they were very nice and helpful) I contacted this holiday inn immediately once I seen it was the incorrect holiday inn (less than 5mins of my booking) the nice gentleman that was working at the holiday inn I was located also contacted them to express that it was a true accident and in fact I was standing in the lobby of the holiday inn at two notch so my $172.00 would be refunded. They stated no manager was in and their managers do not have a schedule so they do not know when they would be in. After over a week and half of contacted with no manager ever available to speak to me about a refund the front desk said “ nope, no refund.” We travel lots with three kids in travel sports (the reason we were there) I will never book with a holiday again. It’s sad that one bad apple ruins it for all. Thankfully, I was able to contact my bank and explain the situation to them and they returned my money.

  Place was pretty good. Service was good. Breakfast was good. Room (accessibility room) was spacious. Didn't like the roach in the bathroom.

  I have been pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had options even for my dietary restrictions. Staff is very friendly. You even get plenty of water bottles.

  We booked two rooms at the hotel for an overnight stay on a road trip we were on. I specifically called to reserve the rooms a couple of months ahead of time so that we would have rooms next to each other. When we arrived we found out that they had placed us on two separate floors and the employee stated that there were no notes in the system about requesting rooms close to each other. I find it odd that you would need a note to realize that people booking two rooms would want them close by, but regardless calling and requesting this is evidently something they're not willing to actually accommodate. Outside of that, the rooms were not very clean. A lot of hair in the bathroom with a sticky floor. There's an odd step in the middle of the room that has a railing. Due to this there is a light shining through a vent near the floor at night that is extremely bright and there is no way to turn this off. We took a look at the pool and decided not to swim after there was an extremely bad smell coming out of the pool area when we visited. Overall the floors at the hotel were generally not very clean and the entire Place seem to be a little dirty. I'm fairly tolerant of this at most hotels as I realize that maintaining this 24/7 is hard but the entire place had this smell/dirty appearance the entire time we were there.
