  I’m leaving this review because my experience with Lance, a shuttle driver, was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. During my ride, Lance was nasty toward me and crossed serious personal boundaries. He was being unnecessarily touchy and made inappropriate physical contact with me, including touching me around my buttocks. I did not consent to that kind of contact, and it made me extremely uncomfortable. A shuttle driver should be respectful, professional, and mindful of passengers’ personal space. I should never have to worry about a driver touching me inappropriately while I’m simply trying to get to my destination. I believe management needs to be made aware of this behavior and take complaints like this seriously. I would not feel comfortable riding with Lance again based on my experience.

  Oh boy. I’m not sure I can stay anymore at this chain. Perhaps it was in the fine print that I did not read well enough, or perhaps it is not easily found on their booking site, but I cannot justify spending $17 a night to park at this place. Or any of Holiday Inn Express for that matter! The parking is beyond limited. They have an overflow garage across the street, which is probably why they charge their customers $17 a night so that they can pay their own fee for the garage. For all the options in Colombia skip this hotel and save your money for going out for wings and a beer!

  This staff is top tier. One in particular at the front desk, Maria. She made a difficult situation become a breeze. The parking was so full you could barely turn around. However, Maria made space for me by moving her vehicle so I was able to park in the lot. This may seem to be a little gesture, but it was a mountain of one to me. This allowed me to be able to transport my item with little to no hassle. Thank you Maria for you all you did for me. Also Anastasia, due to situation that happened the night before I was to check out. With me having to drive back and forth to the ER that night. She set it that I was able to do late check out. Then that morning, because it was after 11am, I walked out my room to take things to my car. And because it was after 11am my room key deactivated. Tara at the front desk assisted in getting back in the room no questions. All this without making little situation become an issue to me the guess speak volumes for them as individuals and key staff to this location. Thanks for all you all did. Can't wait to stay again.

  Good location in downtown Columbia. Room was pretty nice, AC worked great!! It was also a large room for not being a suite, we had a chaise lounge in the room that was cool, the king bed was comfortable. The room had a microwave and mini fridge. Nice walk in shower and large bathroom with clean towels. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. They turned us on to a good pizza place (Old Chicago Pizza) that was open late to get pizza delivery. The pizza was a bit small for the $ but had great flavor and good thin crust. It was worth it to not have to go back out to find a place to eat after driving 11 hours that day. We would stay there again of we ever come back to Columbia.
