She went above and beyond to find us a room on base that would work perfectly for our family of 5. Christina deserves recognition for her amazing customer service and knowledge of room types and amenities - it definitely made our trip enjoyable and relaxing when at the hotel. The manager the night we checked in was great too - very helpful!

I called and asked what day they cleaned since it had been over a week, they said “yesterday” then told me they had cleaned the day before…..I said no they didn’t. Then they proceeded to tell me MAYBE they can clean in 3 days…do not recommend. I had the towels piled up for cleanup, trash in a seperate side not everywhere. I just wanted new bedsheets since I have sensitive skin, new towels and the old ones out, trash out at least……was very disappointing especially since it is on a military post
