  This hotel was perfect! Staff also went above and beyond. Rooms and beds comfortable. Breakfast was nice along with fresh ground coffee everyday. Great location and plenty of stores and resturants close by.

  Housekeeping does not clean the rooms. We have been here 2 nights, and they never came to clean, but we see them in the morning with their cleaning carts. When we reported it to the Front Desk at 9:30 pm, 05/08/26, when we got back, the female on duty was rude and did not even apologize. This hotel has the worst Front Desk staff. The sink drainage has been clogged and they have not fixed it.

  Stayed for 5 nights. Daily room service never provided regular coffee. 3 kinds of tea and decaf coffee only, even when I threw the rest away in hopes that they would provide normal coffee. Shower would not drain properly. Had to get it done quickly to keep the water from overflowing to the floor. Microwave would not work. It kept tripping the GFCI outlet. Otherwise I have no complaints. Room was clean and serviced daily. Overall, I would stay here again if needed but I would not expect much. I’ll be looking for better accommodations on my next visit to this area.

  Amazing Staff here... could not ask for better employees at a location. They will go above expectations to help you. Rooms were very nice and clean. Could go on and on.... if you get a chance stay here you will not regret it.

  We made a reservation in this hotel for 4/11/26 and stayed here before. We are a Diamond Elite member and would always call the day before to make accomodations for our room. I called this evening and Julie answered the call. She is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, ARGUMENTATIVE, & was antagonizing me. She stated that she have worked for IHG for 6 years and that I cannot take a case against her and the hotel. Obviously she does not know what she is talking about. Julie hung up the phone on me after getting into a full blown argument with me. I had called back the hotel and was speaking to a Ya-Ya and Julie took the phone right back and continued to argue with me. I have stayed in many Holiday Inns and other IHG properties and had never come across anything like this. This is the WORST front desk in IHG I ever have come across. Needless to say, I called the Diamond Elite customer service and had them cancel my reservation and get all my points back. I had the rebook me to another Holiday Inn in the same area. I would not spend nor use my points in this property. If I could give this hotel a no star, I would.
