  I cannot say enough good things about my stay at the Candlewood Suites Columbia/Fort Jackson, specifically because of two incredible staff members: Todra and Tyler. After a terrible experience with an Airbnb left me stranded, I called the hotel at 12:00 AM in urgent need of a room. Tyler and Todra stepped up immediately. Not only did they handle my last-minute reservation past midnight without hesitation, but they went completely above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and comfortable after a stressful night. To top it off, Todra personally took the time to walk out, greet me, and make sure I knew all the important details about the Fort Jackson Family Day ceremony. That extra touch of care and community knowledge meant the world to me. The customer service here is unmatched. Thank you, Todra and Tyler, for turning a bad night around and providing such outstanding hospitality! I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

  The rooms need some minor repairs, nothing that is a inconvenience to the customer. I did have to change rooms, because the lights in my room no longer worked. No matter who is using water, you hear a loud tapping in the wall. My classmates have also heard these noises even on other floors Staff is friendly and helpful The complimentary breakfast is really good. They always have coffee ready.

  Because I’m the witness everything about this hotel is absolutely perfectly clean,the lobby,the rooms and the elevators and smells so fresh and clean when you walk in and the staffs are so polite and kind just wanted to say Thank You for making my stay so comfortable I booked my room for 4 days and let me tell you it worth money spend.Thank You guys for your hard works I highly recommend this hotel oh and they have 2 building.
